So Merrick Garland takes credit for ordering the search warrAnt, defends the FBI honor and takes no questions. He could have done that( which is nothing) via  a written statement Monday.
Oh yes the warrant and list of items seized will be released.
But the affidavit supporting the warrant. Off limits.
What a joke Garland is.
A total fucking joke.
He called the bluff from your right wing sources and the ex President you worship. No wonder you are.so upset. You Comically Transparent Partisan Hack.
He is a disgrace.

There you go, mopping up the floor with more partisan bullshit.

They've been on this for months while Trump gives some docs and withholds others. This could have been avoided last January and again in June. Trump chose not to.

Garland is exactly right and you can't stand it.

The document back and forth between National Archives and former POTUS is not at all uncommon.

Oh, got any other examples (other than Nixon) in which 19 months after a president has left office, he still has materials that NARA thinks he should not?

Got any in which they got a grand jury and subpoenaed records that were not forthcoming?

I'll wait.

Exactly right about what?
Hiding the facts?

He's hidden no facts, asshole, and you know it.

Of course, if you could back up your opinion that asserts that "Folks like Black athletes only as long as they do nothing but entertain", with some objective facts, then maybe you have an issue worth discussing.

Jackie Robinson

Bill Russell

Cassius Clay/Muhammad Ali

Dick Allen

Lew Alcindor/Kareem Abdul Jabber

Curt Flood

Tommie Smith

John Carlos

Mahmoud Abdul-Raif

Craig Hodges

Colin Kaepernick

LeBron James

https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2017/oct/05/white-sports-fans-nfl-black-athletes-race-protest

You have not shown that to be a reflection of most modern fans POV..

It's just a list, mostly reflecting attitudes from decades ago.

James and Kaepernick are from decades ago?

Griner.?

As usual

Did the overwhelming majority of Americans condemn those 3?

Uh...nope.

Keep spinning. You've lost the thread. You made an assertion and you haven't backed it up.

It's what you do.

Did the overwhelming majority

Overwhelming majority?

Bitch, please.

Moving the goalposts.

Original assertion: Folks like Black athletes only as long as they do nothing but entertain.

I see you still haven't backed up your statement. You want to say "some folks" or "my folks" or "folks i know" or whatever, but the implication when you just say "folks" is that it is the overwhelming majority of folks.

Don't move away from your statement and then try to put that movement on me.

Just back up what you wrote. Or amend it to reflect the truth.

Or STFU, "Bitch".

Otherwise, I can just write "folks think you're lying, again, as you've been caught doing so in the past".

And I'd be on terra firma with that statement.

Folks means just what it says. I gave you examples. You said the examples are too old.

Kaepernick was canceled out the NFL for his protest.

Trump: He is FIRED!

Griner held in Russia: Let her to. At least she will not have to hear the anthem. Do the crime do the time.

Go to Facebook and check the comments on any item concerning her.

I made my point. You want concrete polling data? Ask Gallup.

Any reasonable person would let it go at that.

You'd be more respectable, if you were honest.

Facebook is now a factual source for you?

Heh

Now I am not Honest?

Previously you said:

Otherwise, I can just write "folks think you're lying, again, as you've been caught doing so in the past".

Produce a lie. Produce an instant when I was not honest.

You call me a liar you should bring the proof.

The comments section of Facebook posts is a credible source if one is looking to gauge the perspectives of the many Boomers who frequent the platform.

Facebook is Instagram for old people.

Banks proved your dishonesty here on multiple occasions, as have many others.

Lying Larry at it again.

You made an assertion. you failed to back it up, you played word games since being called on it. It's what you do.

You only get away with this shit because others don't treat like an equal as banks has, as I have. They treat you like a protected species. Which you embrace.

Sorry, Lying Larry, but you're fucking lost on this one.

Red is a documented reader of the Washington Times, yet I don't think he posted this little tidbit about the GOP wanting to DEFUND THE FBI!!!

That and the handler who brings the sardine bucket every day.

What a joke Garland is.

A signed affidavit is often sealed if it would reveal witnesses and details that could compromise an ongoing investigation.  The FBI is doing nothing unusual or wrong in not breaking such a seal.  Especially given how Trump has been known to treat witnesses.

Now wipe your whiskers and go play with a beachball.
I suspect the right wing web sites RedDickJimmEspn gets his opinions from know that, but are gambling he is too stupid to pick up on it.
Really?  What right wing sites? Funny you never cite  them. Please do.

From the Post

Classified documents relating to nuclear weapons were among the items FBI agents sought in a search of former president Donald Trumps Florida residence on Monday, according to people familiar with the investigation.

Experts in classified information said the unusual search underscores deep concern among government officials about the types of information they thought could be located at Trumps Mar-a-Lago Club and potentially in danger of falling into the wrong hands....

Gonna be fun trying to put makeup on that warthog.

Assuming the "people familiar with the investigation" know what they are talking about, all the GOP and "conservative" voices complaining that he had the same papers every ex-president had and that the search was politics are going to look pretty silly to even more people, though I am sure 30-40% will still insist this was all made up and/or the papers were planted by the FBI or whatever conspiracy they can cook up.

Of course, we have our own example of that here with Ward and Kid.

We have a bit more than 4 hours before the deadline to object to the DoJ''s motion to release the warrant and receipt.

Bets on which way Trump will go?

He could object (which does not mean they won't be released).

He could not object (which does not guarantee that they will be released).

He could short-circuit things by releasing them himself.

What I wish were least likely: he could release a fake to try to muddy the waters further.

A trip down FBI memory lane of shame.
First stop Director James Comey explaining the Hillary emails and her private server 6 years ago

Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information.

For example, seven email chains concern matters that were classified at the Top Secret/Special Access Program level when they were sent and received. These chains involved Secretary Clinton both sending e-mails about those matters and receiving emails from others about the same matters. There is evidence to support a conclusion that any reasonable person in Secretary Clinton s position, or in the position of those government employees with whom she was corresponding about these matters, should have known that an unclassified system was no place for that conversation. In addition to this highly sensitive information, we also found information that was properly classified as Secret by the U.S. Intelligence Community at the time it was discussed on e mail (that is, excluding the later up-classified emails).

None of these emails should have been on any kind of unclassified system, but their presence is especially concerning because all of these emails were housed on unclassified personal servers not even supported by full time security staff, like those found at Departments and Agencies of the U.S. Governmentor even with a commercial service like Gmail.

Hillary was not punished and set free to run for President.

"Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information."

They found 113 emails that contained classified information.

THREE were marked as such.

The DoJ concluded that even those three were  unclearly marked.
-----------------

The FBI removed TWELVE BOXES from Mar-a-Lago.

Twelve boxes that Trump did not choose to turn over in JUNE. Twelve boxes that Trump did not choose to turn over in January.

There is clear evidence of INTENTION to keep these records.

These also sound a lot more serious than anything that was in Clinton's emails.

But keep being you, Ward.

Roll on that floor, Laughing Boy. Maybe you can remove the shit that is all over it.
