We need to get better at diplomacy and we need to improve global relations.

And we can improve relations with China while we have a good time of peace. ( And yes, Oilcan, sending a Bugs Bunny balloon over China for the year of the rabbit would be appropriate. ) We need to engage in good peacetime activities with China, and we can also work together on Cancer research and on going to Mars. And we can expand trade so that the poor people of China live better lives, etc, while trade is also good for our people here.
We also need to reward good peaceful countries, and we need to improve relations here in the Western Hemisphere, from the top of Alaska to the bottom of Chile, and we need to expand trade here in the Western Hemisphere. We can invest in the ports in Mexico, etc. And we need to reward the good peaceful nations such as Costa Rica, we need to let them know that we are proud of Costa Rica. And we can keep up the good work in our relationship with Colombia. Etc.
And here in the USA we need to continue to help our homeless people, and we need to build our high speed trains, and we need to expand trade and continue to create jobs. Joe is doing good on creating jobs, and there are many more jobs that can be created, people can work in the forests to help to prevent forest fires, people can build dams and new lakes for water, and we can build our high speed trains, etc.
