Please support groups such as "Food Without Borders" which feed people even in areas where it is against the law to feed the homeless.
When I was homeless in Hollywood then it was against the law to feed the homeless. Groups such as Food Without Borders go in and feed the needy even when it is illegal to feed the homeless.
And I am a Christian, and I support feeding everyone. At a nice Catholic Church here in Anaheim the ladies from the Church used to cook a pot luck after Church and they would feed the whole neighborhood, the food was fantastic, and we had a cool priest from Ireland, those were good times, I now live on the other side of town, and I will check out the Calvary Chapel which is close by. I love it when the ladies from the Churches cook for the neighborhood after Church.
Food prices have gone up, but pasta and beans are still cheap, and rice is still cheap, I have a connection for cheap fresh baked bread at a Mexican Market. Chicken is cheap but eggs are expensive. I get the marinated and spiced Mexican chicken for ninety nine cents per pound.
We also have Angel Food and other charities. Here in Anaheim Chef Bruno makes pasta for the homeless children every night, he is a wonderful human being.
Support "Food Without Borders" and everyone can eat.
A long time ago my dearly departed buddy Tom made a million dollars for charity to feed the hungry people by having a team of homeless people and people from N/A selling hot dogs and beer at Angel Stadium. Their crew raised money for "Canning Hunger."
Salute,
