The first day of the Biden Presidency he paused  deportations. He ended funding for the Trump Wall and he reinstated the misnamed Dreamers Program (DACA)that shielded hundreds of thousands of young immigrants from deportation.
From day one Biden wanted to open the border as much as he could.

I left out the Venezuelan work permit act just passed. Every month or so Joe finds ways to bring in more immigrants, take away from American citizens, hard to keep up. It has been spurred by, or rather provided an opportunity for looters as a result of, protests spurred by, the failure to charge a police officer for the killing of a local African American man. That you tie it to immigration is one more piece of evidence that you are a racist.
