The judge overseeing the criminal case in Manhattan of Donald Trump postponed his sentencing until after Election Day, a significant victory for the former president as he seeks to overturn his conviction and win back the White House



So the dream of Biden and the dems to knock Trump out of Presidential eligibility through LAWFARE has backfired.
And Biden is headed for retirement.
