The figures I quoted came from ICE , a part of the BIDEN ADMINISTRATION.

Um, these appear to be totals for the US population as a whole, not immigrants. 

They  came from ICE.


The data from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) says that, among those not in detention, there are 425,431 convicted criminals and 222,141 with pending criminal charges.

The figures include 62,231 people convicted of assault, 14,301 convicted of burglary, 56,533 with drug convictions and 13,099 convicted of homicide. An additional 2,521 have kidnapping convictions and 15,811 have sexual assault convictions.

It is not clear when the first migrant of the 13,000 crossed into the U.S. Two law enforcement officials familiar with the data told NBC News many of the migrants on ICEs nondetained docket, including serious criminals, crossed into the U.S. under previous administrations, including that of former President Donald Trump.
