I would tell you to look up your own damned answer, but you already knew it before you posted your inane question.

Whether it was the same or it wasn't at the lower level, it is the same at the upper level - and the standards are still the same, regardless of the lower panels' different make-up.

I posted some questions before you posted yours. Why not try responding to them?

As for the inequal treatment of doping. Rule on pot could be changed - but not in the middle of the event.  They only allow for that in US politics.

I think there are not many that preferred the young Russian be allowed to skate.  And likely we all thought the decision imprroper.  But none of us were in on the conversation.  None of us heard the reasonng before the eventual decision.
