Be not afeard. The isle is full of noises,
Sounds, and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.

As the Bodegas in New York City, and in Detroit, Chicago, Saint Louis, etc, look to stock their shelves with a good cheap California table wine, then I recommend the Tisdale Cabernet Sauvignon, for under $5 per bottle.

https://www.tisdalewine.com/

It pairs well with pasta, beef, pork, chicken, etc.

The Bodegas need to carry good stuff for when the weather gets cold, such as canned Campbell Soup, and Chef Boy Ardee Beef Ravioli, etc.

And Tisdale Wine from California is better than just carrying Night Train like a lot of Bodegas, Tisdale is a step up from the Night Train.

Also, Arizona is supplying fresh Winter Vegetables to New York, Detroit, Chicago, Saint Louis, Cincinnati, etc, so New Yorkers can be eating fresh Spinach in the Winter, etc. Arizona also grows pickles, etc, the Bodegas need to stock the Arizona pickles on their shelves for their customers to buy.

Every neighborhood has a Bodega that can do special things, and as it gets cold they need to remember to carry canned Campbell Soup, etc. And there are other nice things they can stock on their shelves for their customers.

My cousin marinates his carne asada in Pepsi for tacos. He loves it.

For me lately I have been doing the swordfish burritos with onions and garlic and olives, and with guacamole, and with cheese, and sour cream. In fresh tortillas made at the local Northgate Market.

Oregon farmers have cut back on production, and now many areas in Oregon are forced to buy expensive groceries imported from Canada. Oregon needs to expand domestic production of food, while at the same time California can send food to Oregon, including Bakersfield, Bakersfield grows a lot of food that can be shipped to Oregon.

And markets such as Northgate, Von's, Stater Brothers, Ralph's, Albertson's, Trader Joe's, and others, can expand to sell products in Oregon, as well as in Kentucky, and Arkansas, and Tennessee, etc. And they can also expand into Australia, etc.

( Of Note, they need to open a Hard Rock Hotel and Casino owned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida right in the middle of Tokyo, Japan, with the best food, and the best American Rock and Roll entertainers, etc. And they can open Vegas casinos all over Japan, and McDonald's, etc. And we can flood them with the American ideals of a 40 hour work week, and Saturdays and Sundays OFF from work, and paid vacations, etc, and the companies need to learn to be altruistic, etc. )

We can also export food from California to China, including sending Sunkist products and Andre Cold Duck, and wine, etc, and cheese, etc. Mexico can also send food to China, etc.

We need for Future Farmers of America to teach our young farmers, and we need for community colleges in rural areas to teach farming, etc, and we can increase production for the people of Oregon, etc, and for all of us, we can all benefit as the farmers produce more food. And the Teamsters can deliver food all over the nation, along with the railroads, etc.

Arden is a Shakespearean themed restaurant in West Hollywood that was featured on Channel 5 Unscripted, it looks great, they have French, Italian, Californian, and other foods which inspire them.

https://www.ardenweho.com/

Also West Hollywood has Dan Tana's which is a great place.

And there is the Anaheim White House which is owned by Chef Bruno, and there is the Odyssey in Granada Hills, and there is the Sunset restaurant on Westward Beach in Malibu, etc, etc, etc.

Anthony Bourdain was an interesting guy...

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anthony_Bourdain

He became famous after his Mother, who was an editor at the New York Times, got his writing published in the New Yorker.

He encouraged people to eat street food, and to go places they normally would not go. In New York he suggested the street hot dogs, and the Jewish Delis.

It is sad the way Anthony died, he committed suicide while only 61 years old.

For Anaheim, we have the original Carl's Jr where Carl's Jr started, so I recommend a cheeseburger at Carl's Jr. And then we have lots of great Mexican food, the Guadalajara Restaurant, and El Pollo Fino, and Taco Boy, etc. Then we have Chef Bruno who is a treasure in Anaheim and he feeds pasta to the homeless children, etc, he wrote a book named "The Power of Pasta" and all of the money from sales of the book goes to feed hungry children, his restaurant is the White House Italian Steak House, and he has Escargot, and Filet Mignon, and all of the best of everything, he is a master chef.

Anyhow, Anthony Bourdain was an interesting guy, it is sad the way he died. I was a cook at a casino in Battle Mountain, Nevada, for 2 years, and so I can relate to chefs. And one thing that he said he respects is if people can show up everyday on time and take pride in their work and do a good job, and I was a cook for 2 years and I was never late, I showed up on time and I did not miss a single day of work for 2 years and I took pride in my work, I had a waitress who was the daughter of the Vice President of the Bank of New York and she said that she loved to serve the food that I prepared. And I made the waitresses happy because they all received good tips when I was cooking. The casino put me on the night shift, working from 10 pm to 6 am, and I loved working the night shift, it suited me fine, and I bought a travel trailer and rode a bicycle to work, it was easy living. Certainly the pay was too low, but I survived, and I used a character reference from the casino to help me to get into the AADA.

RIP to Anthony Bourdain.

The Tavern in Battle Mountain, Nevada, has a jar of Pickled Eggs on the bar, and you can buy a pickled egg for $1 and they taste magnificent when you are drinking at the Tavern.

Taverns all over the USA have pickled eggs on the bar for $1 each.

So, the refugees, and the homeless, and others, who are trying to earn a new life in Battle Mountain, can raise chickens for eggs and they can make and sell Pickled Eggs to all of the Taverns.

The casinos in Nevada are cooking good food, with the best beef, and fresh seafood flown in, etc. Vegas is eating Lobster feasts, and Shrimp Cocktails, and the best Beef, etc. Vegas has all of the best of everything. In Battle Mountain, Nevada, we had a retired chef from Beverly Hills and we had great food. And I am sure in Lake Tahoe, and Reno, you are getting good food, and in Elko, etc, I ate at the Commercial Casino in Elko and the beef was super.

And locally here in Anaheim, the Guadalajara Restaurant is a good spot to have an ice cold Horchata and a Shrimp Cocktail, etc.

Anyhow, I have been impressed when I see the food news about Vegas on Facebook, etc.

Also, the Beef Stroganoff from the Russian Tea Room in New York City looks fantastic, and they are using a recipe from the 1920s. If I go to the Russian Tea Room I will for sure have the Beef Stroganoff.

And because of Carl Karcher and the founding of Carl's Jr here in Anaheim on Harbor, then I recommend buying some Burgers from Carl's and eating in La Palma Park next to the restaurant. It is a beautiful park, and it is a great place to eat burgers. I recommend the Super Star with Cheese. Their onion rings are great. Also, right now they have a special with the Teriyaki Burger which is their Hawaiian Burger with Pineapple. It is on Harbor Blvd and Carl Karcher Way, next to La Palma Park in Anaheim.

Taco Boy, and El Pollo Fino, are also great in Anaheim.

And Chef Bruno and the Anaheim White House Italian Steak House is great, and he does a lot for charity, he feeds pasta to hungry children, and he wrote a book "The Power of Pasta" and all of the money from the sale of the book goes to charity to feed the children. Chef Bruno is a hero. And he cooks Escargot, and Filet Mignon, and he cooks all of the best of everything, he is a master chef.
