The "peace" agreement:

1) We will reduce our troop level to the level it was at when Obama left office.

2) Taliban agrees not to host Al Qaeda or ISIS (which is convenient, since they are already fighting ISIS).

3) Taliban will enter into conversations with the Afghan government (which has been frozen out of US/Taliban discussions).

In theory, less violence (how much less is ill-defined) over a period of time (also ill-defined)could mean our leaving entirely. Not holding my breath.
