Troye, with much more to lose—and with none of the stature of a former member of Congress or a former Marine general—had much more courage than all of them. She went ahead when they have not, knowing that she would be attacked. And, sure enough, when the video went online, the White House released a comment about her that was harsh and personal. Her direct supervisor in Pence’s office, Lieutenant General Keith Kellogg, told the Washington Post that Troye was a “disgruntled” former detailee from the Department of Homeland Security who was “no longer capable of keeping up with her day-to-day duties.” Later, when Pence himself was asked about Troye, he told reporters that she was just “one more disgruntled employee who’s left the White House [and] decided to play politics during an election year.”

https://www.newyorker.com/news/letter-from-trumps-washington/it-was-all-about-the-election-the-ex-white-house-aide-olivia-troye-on-trumps-narcissistic-mishandling-of-covid-19

Weird how there are so many disgruntled former employees coming out, eager to tell the country how much of a monster their former boss is.  Pence makes it sound like this is just par for the course, but we've never seen anything like this, in any previous administration.  One that prides itself in hiring only the best people, no less.

Must be just a coincidence.  Couldn't have anything to do with the fact that their former boss is, in fact, a monster.

If this witness is accurate,  then this is very disturbing and underscores the need for an independent investigation of a possible extrajudicial execution.

Trump:  "You need ENERGY to do this job"

The best people,  for Trump,  would be reptilian extraterrestrials whose moral code is based entirely on killing and eating anyone who opposes your plans.   Or,  at minimum,  turning DARPA heat rays on them if they gather in groups...

I can guess which ones WEREN'T made available.

Woman asks about her family's med being covered - what can Joe do about this - and he goes off on a ten minute roll about Beau Biden and his cancer.

https://www.cnn.com/videos/politics/2020/09/17/joe-biden-pennsylvania-cnn-town-hall-healthcare-son-beau-sot-vpx.cnn

His answer was two minutes long.  And he answered her question.   But thanks for the synopsis.

Even in a SOFTBALL game, Joe can get lost.

By my count Trump has been asked three times now sitting down with friendly interviewers (could be more now) and been asked what his second term priorities are, a boilerplate standard question that anyone running for fucking dog catcher should be able to answer, and he has either ignored the question or given an entirely nonsensical response.

But a Trump Cultist will see what he wants to see, and I don't expect Biden to change your mind.  But your total mischaracterizations of Biden only point to the lie when you pretend here to be undecided.

Trump:  "You need ENERGY to do this job"

The ramp was steep and slippery and he ran the last 10 feet!

And watch this: He can sometimes drink a glass of water one handed!

For Trump Cultists "Energy" is the ability to ramble for two hours completely nonsensically in a rally, or give a speech accepting his nomination that put everyone to sleep, even sending people from his hand-picked audience home.

Energy!

...from the guy who spends eight hours a day watching tv, and has spent a record number of days on the golf course.

I didn't get to watch last night's town hall, but from the clips I saw the Trumpists who are leaning on the "president's" characterization of him as "sleepy" might be unpleasantly surprised.
They won't care. You cannot change a position the ignores the facts with more.facts.

Plus, Russia will continue to push the line.

One of these numbers is not like the others:

North Carolina: Trump vs. Biden   NY Times/Siena*   Biden 45, Trump 44   Biden +1
Arizona: Trump vs. Biden   NY Times/Siena*   Biden 49, Trump 40   Biden +9
Maine: Trump vs. Biden   NY Times/Siena   Biden 55, Trump 38   Biden +17
Maine CD2: Trump vs. Biden   NY Times/Siena   Biden 47, Trump 45   Biden +2
Michigan: Trump vs. Biden   EPIC-MRA   Biden 48, Trump 40   Biden +8
Michigan Senate - James vs. Peters   EPIC-MRA   Peters 45, James 41   Peters +4
Arizona Senate - McSally vs. Kelly   NY Times/Siena   Kelly 50, McSally 42   Kelly +8
Maine Senate - Collins vs. Gideon   NY Times/Siena*   Gideon 49, Collins 44   Gideon +5
North Carolina Senate - Tillis vs. Cunningham   NY Times/Siena*   Cunningham 42, Tillis 37   Cunningham +5
North Carolina Governor - Forest vs. Cooper   NY Times/Siena*   Cooper 47, Forest 42   Cooper +5
Maine 2nd District - Crafts vs. Golden   NY Times/Siena   Golden 56, Crafts 37   Golden +19

President Trump Job Approval   Rasmussen Reports   Approve 53, Disapprove 46   Approve +7

For those tired of RCP's  manipulation of numbers, You can get a pretty quick and easy look at them from 270towin.com:
https://www.270towin.com/2020-polls-biden-trump/

States with the most recent polls are closest to the national polls, which are in the top left. They do include Rasmussen, which gives it an outsized weight because it's one of five, but it is still a far cleaner process.

Is "lower energy than you'd like" a mischaracterization?

Making up quotes to defend yourself?

Your one description of how Biden answered a question was a lie, and your general characterization of his performance as low-energy was also wrong.  His responses were not "low energy" however you define that stupid Trumpism.

"Energy" isn't the problem with Joe, and as usual with most of Trump's critiques, its projection.  We've never had a man elected to be President of the United States who has spent less time actually doing the job.  And it shows.

Donald Trump once said Covid-19 might be a “good thing” because it would stop him from having to shake hands with “disgusting people”, according to a former top adviser to US vice president Mike Pence.

But he has so much Energy!

8+

7+

Now 5+

How long - take a guess - before the Biden RCP lead shrinks to 4+?

And why do you suppose it is shrinking?

I'd rather have a sleepy but wise potus than a fool who crushes up (as Tom Arnold and others on The Apprentice set observed) Adderall tablets and snorts them and is still a fool.   And I'd rather have a potus whose backup is the vibrant and dynamic Kamala,  than the bland and bloodless Mike.

President Donald Trump has heaped blame for the unrest on Democrats, who are leading the cities where violence has occurred and tried to focus squarely on pockets of protest-related violence instead of the larger point movement of racial injustice. He has specifically criticized Wheeler, calling him a “wacky Radical Left Do Nothing Democrat Mayor” and has said the city “will never recover with a fool for a Mayor...."

heh

Yep.
