To get more  and more people infected, then sick, out of work, seeking medical attention, putting a huge burden on hospitals and health care workers, putiing other patients at risk because of that strain and instituting a de facto rationing/death panel approach to health care provided sick patients, all to orchestrate a meaningless statistic, to sell to his poorly educated base?
