Not trying to top you,  but...Sturgis,  Black Hills,  250,000 bikers predicted this year,  officially starts tomorrow.   We already navigated biker crowds at a restaurant up Spearfish Canyon,  on Tuesday.   We ate outside.   Iron Creek trail was nice and quiet,  though.   Bikers are mostly not big hikers.

It is better than past years,  and looks like numbers will be half the average.   Peter Fonda won't be here, having ridden his chopper into the beyond last August.
