WTF do I waste my time with you? You cannot admit an error and you don't accept evidence.

If the forum had a way to downvote comments (like reddit) and after so many downvotes the post got removed this would be a better place.  Opinions need to have consequences or else there is no social pressure to conform to the mores of the culture.   This "say anything without consequences" attitude leads to more and more extreme and vile opinions. Kid and others feel emboldened to express more vile opinions from behind the safety of their keyboard without censure in a way they would never say in a public setting.

So, you're not a free speech supporter?

The way to defeat speech that is false, divisive, inflammatory, etc...is with more speech!

Downvotes are speech.  They're a way of expressing that the post is merit-less.  Check out reddit.

What could possibly go wrong?

I would feel comfortable living there,  more so in some ways than where I live now.   There are communities like that,  that are pro various ethnicities, all over America,  and many attract positive energy.   I've gone down to Lindsborg,  Kansas a few times,  and enjoyed soaking up the Scandian heritage stuff.   And,  unlike many white enclaves, these towns don't exclude others.  So it's a false equivalence to compare this new town to a place that's "pro white. "

I'm a web admin,  so perhaps this might be of use.   The rule of thumb is that matters of opinion can be protected as free speech
Point being, if you value intelligent discourse more than the cacophony of the ranters in the park, then there have to be restrictions on your speech.   Otherwise everything is dominated by the loud and stupid.   C'est la vie.

The way it works is they don't delete the post that has negative votes. They simply make you have to click the post to expand it.  Similar to how the ignore feature here works. So nothing is removed (unless a moderator deems it so). 
 
Most of the posts that get downvoted aren't even opinion-based.  They are the LOL and the HEH variety.  The posts that don't add anything to the conversation.
