KCart would do well to acquaint himself with the concept of bad precedent.    

Courts,  including SCt, have ruled that you cannot change election laws a few days before an election.   Look up laches, KCart.   If a court ignores all that,  and they get away with stealing over a hundred thousand lawful votes,  we all lose.
