Proud Boy didn't toss a mat of firecrackers at a Trump group having dinner - nor did they sucker punch a pedestrian and repeatedly kick him in the head.

Many lives ruined Saturday.  On the attackers part.  Even Uncle Joe and "I will pay for your release" Harris cannot expunge the records of those arrested.

Shame for these fatherless men.

It talks about determination of the apparent winner of the election as being the point at which the keys to the kingdom get handed of for getting the transition under way.

We are well past the point at which there is an apparent winner. There is no obligation to wait for the formal president-elect status and, indeed, by contract an expectation that it will not wait that long.

Even granting the absurd contention that the election might get overturned by overturning the results in 3 or 4 states, that does not change Biden's status as apparent winner.
