Well.

Federal Judge Rules Affordable Care Act Is Unconstitutional Without Insurance-Coverage Penalty

Maybe Nancy Pelosi who shoved this piece of garbage down our throats now has a priority for the next Congress.

TDS says she punts.

Political suicide. The midterms turned on healthcare...

The dog finally caught the car...
But the dog really bit Nancy’s ass.

NC, Wisconsin, Ohio, Michigan... y’all don’t give a shit about governing it’s all about setting up your donor base to rule.

They care very much about governing and retaining and abusing power.

Same as always.

This is just an extreme example of voter supression.

And its very dangerous.

Retaining and abusing power isn’t governing...

I understand, but tell that to Mitch McConnell and the Sons of Aryan Pride who are calling the shots over at GOP who are, as we speak, figuring out how to fuck this country even as their majority has vanished.

What a surprise!

Republican fucked around with the tax implications of ACA, they then forum shopped and found a R-hack Judge to butcher a decision in their favor, which according to  my reading of the criticisms says it will not hold up to more stringent legal scrutiny.

While the gazillionth bite of Obama's apple might be satisfying, I'm not sure Rs really want to turn healthcare into a 2020 issue they will fuck-up again.

GOP doesn't understand or care to understand the difference between governing and ruling.

Heh.

No idea what the above means.  But will note that Trump promised "healthcare for everyone."

While the gazillionth bite of Obama's apple might be satisfying, I'm not sure Rs really want to turn healthcare into a 2020 issue they will fuck-up again.

They do not, while the Democrats welcome it.  Note the Republicans who claimed in the mid-terms that they would keep protections for pre-existing conditions, some of whom may have saved their jobs with the lie.  Just as Ryan & Co. claimed they had an alternative to the ACA, but after having eight years to put one together, that alternative never materialized.

So 20+ Million people losing their health insurance (or at least facing that prospect) only highlights the lies and is a boon to the party that has a plan for dealing with it.  From what I can tell, Democrats are welcoming that situation going into 2020.

That you think this is a political fight that Pelosi does not welcome shows you have zero understanding of the current political realities.

I note the quiet from the Republican side, with talk of coming up with a "bipartisan solutions" to healthcare (even Trump is saying he will work with Democrats) and translate that as...

"Oh, shit."

Red's looking forward to reliving the glory days of the fucking insidious Republican pigs who lied about Liberal Death panels making life and death health care decisions and how socialism was taking over America, and tried to scare the shit out of the working class, while stealing American blind.

Funny how people seem to really like ACA, but were brainwashed by the racists to hate O-care.

I wonder how they'll demonize Pelosi and Schumer, while ignoring healthcare insurance and empowering the corrupt Russian puppet in the White House?

Judge Cracker-Nuts will be overturned at the district level and the Supremes won’t stoop to hear the next appeal.

Red likes activist judges so long as they are actively fascist.
