Despondent because you're home alone in the White House Christmas eve?
No worries, invite the party animal friends over.
No friends?   no worries, buy some.
Send a couple of those guys who talk into their sleeves downtown with a megaphone announcing..."$5,000 cash to anyone who goes immediately to the White House to party with the President!".

Money can buy happiness!

Bambi's careful thought processes with regard to scientific analysis:

Scientific analysis?
Not needed sometimes;

I trust that Afghan guide of Rambo's in Rambo 3 when he explained to Rambo;

"This is Afghanistan.
Alexander the Great tried to conquer this country, then Genghis Kahn, then the British, now Russia.
But Afghan people fight hard, they never be defeated.
Ancient enemy make prayer about these people.
Do you wish to hear it?"

"It says:

May God deliver us from the venom of the Cobra, teeth of the tiger, and the vengeance of the Afghans."

Do you think like this because of genetic defect, drink or drugs, or being dropped on/kicked in your head?

I’d really like to understand.

Are you paid to be this stupid?

Is it difficult?

80% of Afghanistan is still controlled by the Taliban.
Probably still supplying most of the world's heroin, and stashing away the cash.
Did America/Allies win the war in Afghanistan?
No.
Just like Rambo's guide said... no one wins wars against the Afghans.
Pity Washington/Allies hadn't watched Rambo3 before they went to war there.

bin Laden could've been foiled by simply locking the cabin doors on planes.

Paid?
I wish.  lol

I just convinced a young relative and a lady neighbour ...at Boxing Day evening dinner...that Trump is 100% correct to pull all US troops out of Syria....and how Putin was convinced by the Russian Orthodox Church/Christians in Russia to go to Syria and join Assad in protecting the Christians from being cooked in bread ovens etc by IS terrorists.

One can buy friends.
Buy a fancy boat, open the deck to babes and blokes...free food, free drink...you'll never be short of friends.

Happy Holidays!

Total U.S. retail sales, excluding automobiles, rose 5.1% between Nov. 1 and Dec. 24 from a year earlier, according to Mastercard SpendingPulse, which tracks both online and in-store spending with all forms of payment. Best year since 2012.

It may also be the best year ever for Holiday travel.
“We’re at prices that we haven’t seen for oil in a year-and-a-half and that’s likely to lead to substantial decreases,” he said. “So if you don’t like the $2.07 a gallon that you’re paying now, this time next week, we’ll definitely be below the $2 a gallon mark. The longer you wait, the better the savings at the pumps.”

The end of 2018 makes clearer every day that the president himself represents a fundamental problem for America's economy and national security alike. Trump's erratic behavior and weak leadership have unsettled Wall Street and Washington alike — and there's every reason to expect things will get worse.

For much of the president's tenure so far, surging stock prices created an aura of economic well-being that made his conduct appear to be a sort of entertainment. After Trump and congressional Republicans passed a large, deficit-financed tax cut one year ago, an uptick in growth bolstered confidence even more.

But now shifting political and economic winds have placed the president's leadership under a harsher spotlight. The image is not reassuring.

Economic growth, which hit 4.2 percent in the second quarter, has already slowed. Forecasters predict it will keep slowing in 2019 as stimulus from tax cuts and spending increases wanes, with recession a rising possibility for 2020.

I predict quietly looking the other way from Trumpistas.   Not that this fraud should surprise anyone.

Those who criticized the McCain family for snubbing Trump might consider this story in the context of Trump's attacks on the Senator.

---Trump just told you to buy stocks now that we are in a bear market — should you listen?---

---Trump’s “bullish” comments come on the heels of the worst Christmas Eve trading session in history. The Dow Jones Industrial plunged 653 points Monday as investors continued to dump tech stocks such as Apple on fears of a global growth slowdown and Trump continued to blast Federal Reserve officials for raising interest rates. Investors return to trading the day after Christmas with the S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite in bear markets. The Dow is on the brink of entering one.---

He has bankrupt many businesses and walked away, now the country. Inevitable with the trickle down and tariff wars. Exit right with haste, one and done. Ho,ho, ho and to all a good night.

The op-ed provided great insight as to how a thief and a blockhead misunderstand both the working of government and what is popular with voters. The piece aptly demonstrates the pervasive sickness in the right wing.

Have fun with the bead curtain.

And here is why that op-ed showed up in USAToday,

Conservatives smell the rot. Soon they’ll realize it’s time to amputate.
