All of the people who spent their money using Chinese slave labor instead of American workers are now suffering as the price for Chinese goods goes higher and higher. They should have invested in Nebraska instead of in China.

California lost over 500,000 jobs to China, and I say raise those tariffs on Chinese goods even higher!

Who on Earth do you think is going to be suffering from this, Tony?

The people who invested in China?!

No, average Americans are going to suffer.

If Trump wanted to make an economic argument about why the suffering will be worth it after it leads to a trade deal more beneficial to the US, he could try.

Instead he is lying to his followers about who actually pays when the US levels a tariff on goods.  It means Americans pay more!  It isn't money that China pays into our coffers.

Kudlow was just forced to admit it.

---Report: Missile System and Surveillance Plane Funding Will Go Towards the Border Wall---

https://slate.com/news-and-politics/2019/05/documents-show-how-the-pentagon-plans-to-shift-usd1-5-billion-in-funding-towards-the-border-wall.html

Fine let our allies take care of Afghanistan we need to secure our borders.

We have a need for those billions to fix our military bases that got clobbered by hurricanes more than we need it for the southern border.

What hurricanes? These funds were targeted to upgrade missile systems from the cold war and our misadventures in Afghanistan.

---The Public Supports Border Security, Our Elites Do Not---

https://www.realclearpolitics.com/2018/11/29/the_public_supports_border_security_our_elites_do_not_460084.html

Shanahan said that the shift in funding would not affect the military’s readiness but did not specify the particular projects from which the Pentagon would be drawing the money. However, Washington Post reports that, based on internal documents, the department plans to delay an upgrade for its Minuteman II ballistic missile program, which is decades old. The Air Force has been testing a Minuteman III program in order to replace the nuclear intercontinental Minuteman II missiles.

Yes, of course Shanahan said that, Luee - he wants to keep his job.

What hurricanes?

Have you been living under a rock? Here, let me repost this for you:
https://www.npr.org/2019/03/28/707506544/air-force-needs-almost-5-billion-to-recover-bases-from-hurricane-flood-damage

https://taskandpurpose.com/offutt-air-force-base-flooding

Offutt Air Force Base is the home ot the US Strategic Command.

No loss of combat readiness?

Yeah, right.

The southern border is more important?

Bullshit.

Neither side wants children shot in school. The question is would the society be safer with secure borders or a large influx of desperate people from violent dysfunctional situations.

You’re talking about the violent dysfunctional white people committing the bulk of these mass shootings, right?

These motherfuckers been running around in this country terrorizing my people for centuries, how safe am I around assholes like you?

White guy killed my cousin in church because he couldn’t get laid and decided it was the fault of the people who invited him into their  sanctuary and prayed with and for him, before he murdered them.

I should be deathly afraid of some brown motherfuckers who might get into the country yet ignore the white terrorists who are born and raised here?

Only a racist, xenophobic asshole can twist that bullshit into some kinda pretzel logic.

Some crazy white supremacist shot up a black church so we should open borders? Not too nuts.

Fomenting conflict on the southern border is a sure way to do lasting damage to the American economy and culture.

It’s why those most threatened by a strong America (in which they are clearly pariah crooks), such as Fox, the Kochs, NRA, the DeVoss fam, Franklin Graham, etc., have been feeding stunted mushrooms like some of our friends here dark shit about race, security, and borders. Anyone who takes the time to look can see that the biggest and closest threats are driven by hands that are rich and white and vulnerable to a well deserved widely backed public reckoning wherein they’d be effectively torn apart.

A strong indicator that fomenting conflict on the southern border is a monumentally bad idea is that it is a signature issue for the malign imbecile, trump.

You can reliably predict that what ever he shuffles his lard to get in front of or involved in is already doomed by its own inherent badness and that his managerial acumen will only speed along its demise.

He’s doing this to America through his policy on the border.

Luee is lapping it up and barking along in chorus.

You have definitely crossed into conspiracy theory neverland. But it must be time to reline your hat because the signals are getting through. On the real tip you need to skip the store brand and upgrade to the Heavy Duty Reynolds Wrap.

That will settle the 2020 presidential election. It might even flip some of the previously-thought unflippable seats in the Senate.

We don’t have “Open borders” in this country. What do have is an abundance of the following:

Crazy white guy shoots up Las Vegas concert biggest mass shooting
Crazy white guys shoots up how many high schools recently?
Crazy white guy shoots up synagogue in Pittsburgh.
Crazy white guy shoots up Borderline Bar in Thousand Oaks.
Crazy white guy shoots up a Waffke House in Tennessee.
Crazy white guy shoots up UNCC
Crazy white guy kills two black people at Krogers because nearby black church had closed.

Yeah, but let’s blame everything on brown families fleeing terror and seeking asylum...
