"Real men wear masks" - Nancy Pelosi

And Liz Cheney, with a picture of her father wearing one.

If Trump gets Covid-19 there's a very good chance he will die. (despite the best efforts of US health professionals.)
He seems to think he's invincible.

No, he just wishes to seem that way.

https://www.cnn.com/2020/06/26/politics/donald-trump-coronavirus-protocols/index.html

He has made it clear to his staff that he is not to get sick, as it would make him look weak. Still won't wear a mask where it can be seen (which means any time at all, I suppose). But definitely thinks his getting sick is possible.

I still have to lol at kiidcarter8's question; "What can the US President possibly do for Russia, anyway?"

How about allow them to have US Troops killed with impunity, kiidcarter8?  Nothing to say about that?

...but go ahead and post more racist bullshit about illegal immigrants.

Have there BEEN US military deaths linked to Russia?

A) The officials the AP spoke to said the intelligence community has been investigating an April 2019 attack on an American convoy that killed three U.S. Marines after a car rigged with explosives detonated near their armored vehicles as they traveled back to Bagram Airfield, the largest U.S. military installation in Afghanistan.

Three other U.S. service members were wounded in the attack, along with an Afghan contractor. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the attack on Twitter. The officials the AP spoke to also said they were looking closely at insider attacks — sometimes called “green-on-blue” incidents — from 2019 to determine if they are also linked to Russian bounties.

B) Reported here and elsewhere that the intelligence was confirmed when US Special Forces recovered $500,000 from Taliban Forces that they believe to be collected bounty, which would certainly indicate the Russian operation was successful.

C) Why is this a relevant question? You think your "president" should only respond to threats on the lives of US Service people after said threat results in deaths?

The eyes are a great way for the virus to enter  the body.
Face screens are highly recommended.

Not yet peer-reviewed.

It's possible, but "a great way" is a significant stretch beyond what science says to the rest of us.

OTOH... there is disagreement about the risks of wearing contact lenses, with one group recommending shifting to glasses during the pandemic and another saying contacts should be fine. Here's more on that:

If he does, is there an international case to be made against China?

The answer to your question is no.

The fact that you ask it is revealing, for so many reasons.

ERNST BILL WOULD CUT FUNDS TO CITIES, STATES THAT ALLOW CHOP-TYPE ZONES

"If they want to be autonomous, then they can exist without our federal money," she asserted.

If the bill becomes law, any state or "political subdivision" found to be in violation would have their federal funding cut for the fiscal year 2021 -- "and each year thereafter" -- if an anarchist jurisdiction exists within its borders.

The legislation also stipulates that if any federal funds go to a non-compliant locality, the money would have to be returned "immediately," so that it could be reallocated to states and cities that are following the law

Right back at byou -

You think nothing is being investigated, despite what you posted?

Why do you jump to the conclusion that Trump knows there is a bounty that has already killed soldiers and instructs his charges to do nothing?

Because that is certainly what looks like, given the reporting.

I don't know definitively what Trump knew.  I do highly suspect that he is lying about what he knew, given the multiple sources saying he has been briefed, and no credible sources coming forward to say that he hasn't.  I think at the very least this was in his intelligent briefings, which he probably didn't read.

But more to the point, we know he knows now and his response has been to call it a hoax.  "There haven't been that many attacks" he said in his tweet, when there were 20 US Soldiers killed in Afghanistan last year.

So now that he knows, what is he doing?  The UK has seen enough to say that they will respond.

ERNST BILL WOULD CUT FUNDS TO CITIES, STATES THAT ALLOW CHOP-TYPE ZONES

She's struggling for relevance while her campaign is struggling for votes. The bill has zero chance of becoming law.

THE reporting.  From the NYT, WaPo and AP.  If you know of reporting that contradicts what has been sourced from those outlets, link to it.

Trump is in the middle of a real Benghazi but kiidcarter8 wants to keep talking about CHOP.

Why does someone jump to the conclusion that everyone in the government is lying and
only Trump is telling the truth?

In fairness:
Quote
National Intelligence Director John Ratcliffe denied that the president had been briefed on the issue on Saturday, though he didn’t dispute the veracity of the Russian bounty plot.

Does Ratcliffe have credibility?
