Last time I watched much Sox baseball, it was "Yaz."  Then, interest briefly rekindled, in the oughts, when there was "Big Papi."

"Pedey" is better than "Pedo."
What about... Oil Can?

I worry about Pedroia.

Shane Bieber's is obvious but, given his baseball card, may need repeating.

Quick scan, the most boring nickname is the D-Back's Robbie Ray's.

The shootings-the causes

1-the internet

2-video games

3-racism

4-mental health

it seems Trump covered every conceivable factor, can anyone think of anything else he might address?
He also blamed the "fake news media".

There's nothing I look forward to more than Bambu's "analysis" of mass shootings.

31 mass shootings in America so far this year.
There are measures that can be taken to reduce the carnage...people are having their loved ones slaughtered.

Mrs bambu shopped at Walmart when she was in America recently.
Real people...they must not be allowed to become just statistics.

You are not only misgynistic, bigoted, and violent, but you also cannot count.

251 mass shootings this year.

No 1 radio host said 31...but he's been sick in hospital, nearly died from the flu.
Maybe only 31 turned up in downunder media, or he missed them.
Anyway, 31 are 31 too many.
Or No. 1 radio host is a lying fuckwad counting on the gullibility, stupidity and laziness of listeners like you.

The true party of "thoughts and prayers" is the GOP, as Ward well knows.

It is becoming almost impossible not to draw the conclusion the GOP has lost its moral compass, and is putting the US into danger.

They simply must be defeated.
The Republican party lost its moral compass during the Grant administration.

So, roughly the Republican approach to gun violence.

the 64 dollar question;

Would President Pelosi ilk tell NK it would be turned into ash if it fired missiles at USA or any of its allies?  [US allies should all get nukes to save America  the trouble].

The question is will NoKo launch a missile carrying a nuke knowing full well it would mean total annihilation?

Kind of goes without saying, ya know?

It might, if it thinks leader of the West too weak to do anything about it.
Another reason to dump Trump.

Centerfield.fence is a foot closer in Cinci than Cleveland, which should work out well for Bauer.

Bauer to Cinci for Puig, Reyes (from SD) and some minor leaguers. Salazar is finally coming back after a couple years, but I was surprised he was traded before Kluber or Cookie were back.

Need clarification on the Pete is unelectable theory.   America seems to be attracted to Beltway outsiders these days.
kid does not think America will vote for one of them.

Trump got the white vote

Trump got the male vote

Trump got the 45-64 vote

Trump got the over 65 vote

Trump got the 50-100k income vote

Just 8 per cent of black vote. True
Old white middle.income males. That is a vanishing demographic.

Also, only 46% of the vote and 3 million fewer votes than his opponent.

That's why the system is so good...every 'little' person, in every little town, gets a vote that means something....don't get swamped by the numbers in CA and NY.
My vote for President got swamped by the numbers in the Phoenix suburbs. Happens to about half the people.every four years.

WHO IS SCHERIE MURRAY? JAMAICAN IMMIGRANT REPUBLICAN WANTS TO TAKE ON ALEXANDRIA OCASIO-CORTEZ IN 2020

"But your representative in Washington chooses self-promotion over service, conflict over constituents, resistance over assistance," Murray adds.
So he opposes Trump? Groovy.

Saw a guy on the corner this morning holding a Klobuchar for President sign. That's grass roots, but splurge on a stick, you know?
