"Reported by Breitbart" means skewed or lied about to provide click bait to the gullible. Schumer's comments in a 45 minute speech on antisemitism have been widely reported in every legitimate news forum. Some of those even help your point, although actually in context not so much.. There is, for instance, some validity in the first 9 words, if you were to add in the word, "some", but it is still a misrepresentation of the speech. The rest is pure Breitbart. There is a reason there is no actual quote.

Checking on Condy Rice her support for immigration comes from a time when immigration was strongly controlled but she did say:

Interesting doing the research on Condy she never sounded like a member of the screaming democratic extremists now in power and indeed she was not. She was supportive of the educated immigrants who could contribute immediately.
