California needs to have HOSTELS like in Rome, Italy, where people can take a nice hot shower, and where people can sleep in a nice comfortable bed for $15 per night. Governor Newsom, and Mayor Garcetti, and Sabrina Cervantes, and others in government, should go to Rome and visit the hostels and talk with the hostel owners in Rome, and then they can bring their ideas back to California.

California can allow people who open HOSTELS to operate tax-free in order to create incentives for people to open Hostels in California.

And then there can be other supportive businesses by the hostels, such as 24 hour convenience stores such as 7 Eleven, and there can be computer cafes, and coffee shops, and laundromats, and there can be Wellness Centers, etc.

Also, filmmakers can go to Rome and they can make a documentary film about the hostels in Rome and they can show the documentary on KCET public television so that the people of California can learn about the hostels of Rome.

We do not need to accept the world as a bad place that is just getting worse, instead we can join together and we can change our collective destiny.

Here is a story about what we did here in Anaheim to forever improve Anaheim.

I joined Kiwanis and it was a great group of people who believed in making a difference. They were there to improve the world. One guy in Kiwanis was the Chief of Police, John Welter, and the Anaheim Police Department told us which neighborhood in Anaheim was the worst neighborhood. So, Kiwanis, with the support of the Anaheim Police Department, went into the worst neighborhood in Anaheim and we went knocking on doors.

We knocked on all of the doors and we passed out contact information for all of the owners of the apartment complexes in the area, and we set a date to come in and paint over the graffiti, and we invited the community to come out and help us to paint over the graffiti. Then we came back and with the help of the community we all painted over the graffiti and cleaned up the neighborhood.

It worked, the neighborhood stayed nice. That neighborhood is still nice right now. We changed the path of that neighborhood. Instead of just accepting the world as being a bad place, we went into the neighborhood and we knocked on doors and we made a difference.

I love groups like Kiwanis which get out there and make the world a better place. And we all did it on our own time, and no one was paid to do it, we did it because we care about people and we care about our city.

In my world, last week when Laura Ingraham didn't understand, new covid delta cases were 350 per day.
Now, even with the lockdowns, they're 830 per day.
No church, mosque, temple etc services allowed. Must be virtual services.
The other day a church in one of the 12 covid hot spot LGAs held a service in their church..."Nigerian" was mentioned.
Cops found 60 adults and children in the church.
30 $1000 fines were issued to the adults, none to the children.
Church was fined $5,000.
9pm to 5am curfews from today in the 12 hot spot LGAs.
Vaccination rates are still lowish but getting better all the time.
Couldn't get the vaccines from overseas earlier in the year.
We need everyone to be obeying every law, not people doing whatever they please.
New $1m machine arrived yesterday.
Next time we'll be making the vaccines ourselves.
