Over time we have lost a lot of jobs to other nations. Now our streets are full of homeless people.

The first step is to get the homeless people into housing, and then we can educate and train them for the jobs of the future. Also, some people can work building trains, and building new bridges, etc. And people can work building housing, and we can get architects from the architecture schools in Spain, etc, we need for the architects to have fun and to build stuff they can be proud of.

Here is a school in Spain which teaches architects, we can bring the architects to the USA to build housing for our homeless people and for our immigrants...

Going green will also create jobs, etc, and communities can own their own power companies with some of the money going into a General Fund to be used by the people however they want, and also some money can go towards helping the homeless, etc.

We can also use tariffs on imports to generate money to help our homeless people, and to educate and train our people for the jobs of the future, etc.

Second that.  Some of the yardsticks used are faulty.   Boulder sits amid massive Front Range sprawl and insane housing prices, and the winters can be formidable.  And the quoted "old guard" who say it was way cooler in the seventies are correct.  Fort Collins is a much better choice, but they put it way down the list.  And again, the winters will send many would-be retirees fleeing to Tucson.

Also Boulder is already on fire again.

We need to invest in more water dropping aircraft, and we need to catch fires early when they are small and put them out soon before they get a chance to spread. We can use satellites, etc.

Plus we can use the prisoners to clear dead brush and to work in the forests. We can also pay the homeless people to plant trees and to work in the forests.

We can put sprinkler systems in our forests to help to prevent forest fires, we can hire the homeless people to put fire sprinkler systems in our forests. One can simply put a water tank at the highest elevation and use gravity to feed the water through the sprinklers.

Water sprinklers will help to prevent forest fires, with satellites for early fire detection, and with more water dropping aircraft. With the dead brush cleared away close to the roads, etc.

We have received a lot of rain and snow in California, which was needed, and we need to do more to save water in lakes, etc, instead of letting the water just flow into the ocean. And lakes can be used for recreation, with fishing, and with water skiing, etc.

Our drought is over, but we still need to do more to save and store water. And California can work together as a team with Nevada on the issue of water, etc.

It is time to take the smut peddlers at Fox off the air. Maybe replace them with a news network of some description. If we make Reds fascist pornhub go dark, some blood will have a chance to flow back to his brain.

Indeed.
No trees should ever be allowed to fall across roads.
Wide fire breaks should be cut through areas everywhere, all the menacing trees should be removed and given to citizens as fire wood for use in blizzards, camping etc.
