The Biden administration needs to know that our biggest health problem in the USA is HOMELESSNESS. Being out there on the streets cold, dirty, and hungry, is not good for anyone, and it affects one's health. You are not happy and healthy if you are out there on the streets cold and hungry. So every community needs to have a Wellness Center where people can go get help for any issue, such as mental illness, drug addiction, homelessness, abuse, etc.

And we need to build housing like crazy, and we need to train psychiatrists and doctors and pharmacists, and we need to open more drug and alcohol treatment camps, and then we also need to build schools, etc, after the people get help and get on medication then they are going to want to study and train so they can work and become financially independent instead of spending one's entire life living off of government assistance, people want to go to school and to get an education, and people want job training, etc, many of the homeless people are going to become productive people after they get help, and many people whom are helped go on to have careers helping other people, etc, there are people who are homeless now who can get help and who can go on to help others.
As we help our homeless, then we can also help the refugees, and the immigrants, we can help everyone, everyone can live in the same apartment complexes, they can go to the same doctors, and they can shop at the same grocery stores, etc. All people are created equal, and we need to help everyone equally.
Of note, as we build then we need to have fun, and build bright cheerful places, we need to bring in fun architects, and fun landscapers, etc. And there can be swimming pools and tennis courts as people build housing, etc. And libraries, etc.
