Taking guns away from the good people does not make the world safer.
And then, in a bad world, you end up starving while a person with a gun controls the food, and you have no rights, and you have no food, etc.
In Mexico they have strict anti-gun rules and the bad guys are in power while the good people suffer, the drug cartels control Mexico while the good people suffer. I would rather give guns to the good people so that the cartels would lose their power. If you have a gun then the cartel has no power over you, you can fight back. The good guys need to rule in Mexico. Give guns to the good people and give them rights and let the good people rule in peace and prosperity.
The strong violent assholes have no power over you if you have a gun, they cannot control you by force with violence if you have a gun.
And in Africa and other poor areas with poor masses...
Poor people need to rise and acquire the means to advance their society, like the Romans, who built aqueducts, and sewage systems, and indoor plumbing, etc. Instead of sitting around starving they can have water flowing in for their gardens and they can build wonderful libraries and they can be well fed and with plenty of water while they sit in their gardens and read wonderful books.
And as was the case in Mogadishu where there were bad people who were forcing the good people to starve, we need to give guns to the good people so that they can rise and grow food and build aqueducts and so that they can build universities and libraries, etc. The good people need to be able to protect themselves and their children and they need to be able to provide food for themselves and their children. Anyone who stands in the way of healthy civilization and food and water and libraries, needs to be removed from power.
And violent gangs should not be in power, the good people need to rise to the top and the good people must be in power so that the best lifestyle might be attainable for the people.
