See other thread.  Depends on SCotUS ruling on Colorado and what other states might also decide on removal of Trump from ballot.  Colorado alone does nothing since it wouldn't go for Trump anyway in the general.  Or give Nikki a significant number of delegates at the convention.
I would be surprised if the Colorado decision stands. The Court temds to try to find a way to keep the courts out of that kind of dispute.

You mean like Bush v  Gore?

If these strict constructionists follow their own philosophy they should uphold the Colorado decision

The Amnesty Act of 1872 is a United States federal law passed on May 22, 1872, which removed most of the penalties imposed on former Confederates by the Fourteenth Amendment, adopted on July 9, 1868.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled (two-thirds of each house concurring therein), that all political disabilities imposed by the third section of the fourteenth article of amendments of the Constitution of the United States are hereby removed from all persons whomsoever, except Senatorsand Representatives of the thirty-sixth and thirty-seventh Congresses, officers in the judicial, military, and naval service of the United States, heads of departments, and foreign ministers of the United States.[6]

Not that I have not warned about this forever.

Columns in CNN, The L.A. Times, and a report from NBC News insisted that the state Supreme Court
invocation of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment to remove Trump from the ballot does the opposite of block him from being president again. It gives him a Boost

Actually, the operative word is "1872".

Either that Congress can remove the Constitutional disability, in case you had for some reason not read the last sentence of Section 3, or that the removal of the disability in 1872 completely negated Section 3 for all time and governs all people ever rebelling against the US, regardless of circumstances,  and regardless of whether they, or hell, their parents had even been born yet in which case good luck with that argument in Court.

Section  3 Disqualification from Holding Office
No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.
But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

The Amnesty Act of 1872 applied to former confederates not current Nazis.

The Constitution clearly requires that no republicans appear on the ballot in 2024.

If you see a republican you can seize their property through citizens arrest and distribute it all to your friends.

God save America and fuck all fascists in the ears with ice picks.

In fact, Section 3 of the 14th Amendment is self-executing, which means that congressional action is not required. Nor is it required that the former president be convicted of the criminal offense of an insurrection or rebellion against the United States under Title 18 USC 2383.
