Harvard lives off DEI which by definition is identity politics (Racism)and treats whites, Jews, and Asians as Oppressors while people of color,women, and LGBTQ people are the Oppressed. ( the E is for Equity not Equality).

The school uses  DEI for everything and is, therefore, by default , is racist no matter how well meaning it thinks that is.

I have added DEI to the every growing list of words and phrases that you have no clue about what they mean.

Guy was not qualified to lead Harvard  from the top position.
She was not any black woman, she had solid experience as a Professor but as the school learned when the spotlight centered on her she wilted.
And when her writings were put under a microscope they were judged harshly.
She was promoted by the lefist religion of DEI and quickly proven to be in over her head.
When the NYT, WaPost, and The Guardian call for her to resign you might want to get a clue.
