No evidence that there was a larger conspiracy.

Pretty self explanatory.

Pretty self explanatory.

So self explanatory you still got it wrong.

Not enough evidence to charge is not the same as no evidence.  See my tagline, which is a direct quote from the Mueller Report.

Say What? Mueller was investigating Trump collusion.  He found no " crimes".

Say what?...Nope.  you are incorrect.
No, I am correct.  He found no crimes of collusion.  Read the report.

What " democratic President" are you referring to?
REDSTATEWARD apparently does not know what "hypothetical" means
What hypothetical President are you talking about?

He has none. Read the Constitution.
REDSTATEWARD has read the Constitution from cover to cover.  And knows exactly how to interpret it.  SCOTUS has nothing on him.
The Constitution is not a tome. It fits every easily into a wallet.
Quote
The Senate runs the "trial" once the articles are issued by the House.  You don't know that, then you should "read the Constitution."
According to the Constitution The Senate is the jury. After House indicts( impeaches) the House prosecutes with the Chief Justice of SCOTUS presiding.  You reading a different constitution?

I truly have zero interest in a point-by-point back and forth with a trash poster.
Trash?  I don't throw out insults, you do.  I can see why.

Quote
The report was not about "collusion."  Mueller did not investigate "collusion" but criminal conspiracy.
No, unless you are calling Mueller a liar.
Quote
He found numerous instances of collusion, but could not charge conspiracy.
No. He found no collusion.
Quote
Further, fully half of it was about Obstruction of Justice.
Which Mueller admitted was a non-indictable offense.
Quote
Mueller found numerous instances of obstruction of justice, a crime in and of itself, but has now made clear for people who did not read the report why he did not charge.
Thanks for finally admitting you did not read the report.
Quote
You need to look up what "Hypothetical" means.
No I don't.

Quote
They make pocket sized Constitutions but if you tried to fit one in your wallet you would give George Constanza a run for his money.  And the Constitution is a document that requires not just "reading" but interpretation.  Which you would know if you actually read it.   See Article III, Section 1.
LOL  I give out pocket sized Constitutions as Christmas gifts.
Very popular
Quote

- The Senate is not only the "Jury", they set the terms for the trial, and McConnell runs that process.  Which is how GOP Senators can say with such confidence that any article of impeachment won't get a hearing:
Are you even paying attention.?

Just pointing out the nature of the beast, pal.

You have NO parallels, asshole.

How many bills is she holding out from a vote?

How many SCOTUS appointments did she prevent or lie about to the American people?

Eaaaaaaaasy, boy.

No reason to go easy on sellouts, sellout.

Tons of evidence of an espionage conspiracy, and even more evidence obstructed.

While Putin was getting it stiff, trump was bending over and greasing up. It takes two to tango. Three actually. Mitch was rimming anyone who’d let him, as senate republicans do as a rule.

No evidence of a larger conspiracy

Good video.  You should forward directly to people who claim the report was about "collusion."  People like REDSTATEWARD and AG Barr.

Just repeating something a second time does not make it any less wrong.

Mueller today: The first volume of the report details numerous efforts emanating from Russia to influence the election. This volume includes a discussion of the Trump campaign's response to this activity as well as our conclusion that there was insufficient evidence to charge a broader conspiracy.

Insufficient evidence is not no evidence.  And the evidence (the emails, the meetings, the sharing of polling data, the hundreds of contacts, the contacts they lied about, the fact that the Campaign knew about the stolen emails before the FBI did and said nothing to them while lying to the public, the fact that the campaign freely disseminated the material that they knew was stolen and provided by Russia...) was well known before Mueller compiled it in his report.

Yes, I would say based on what we know there was collusion.  Mueller could not find enough evidence to charge Conspiracy, that does not absolve our duty, as citizens, to ensure the disloyal and unpatriotic attacks on our Democracy perpetrated by Trump and his campaign are not rewarded a second time.

Except some citizens think tax cuts and judges are more important than that.

And by the way, "many of us stood by" the obstruction issue as well, real time.

Just love the phrase, "all but said..."

It's indicative of grasping at straws.

"Mueller all but said (today)........that his findings were mischaracterized"

Uh-huh.

Well done

Could not say whether a crime was/was not committed (NOT 100% CLEARED but couldn't be charged anyway)

Did say there was no broader conspiracy (CLEARED)

At the top of the issue, I think there is a problem with saying he was "cleared" when there is documented evidence pointing toward conspiracy, numerous people involved lied and obstructed justice, with more evidence presented that the main individual being investigated spearheading that effort.

But ultimately this was always going to be political.  People like yourself that love that we have a racist pres will see what they want to see.  REDSTATEWARD loves that the GOP got their tax cuts.

Those of us appalled by the attack on our Democracy that was precipitated by our "President" (and that he is trying to do it again for 2020) will speak come next November.
