Smartmatic, an international company, founded by Venezuelans and incorporated in Florida, has clearly stated that it does not use Dominion software or technology. Dominion has said the same about Smartmatic.

Each currently having good reason to deny any tie to the other.

There being no tie would be the obvious one. And the one that does not involve unfounded conspiracy thinking.

Each currently having good reason to deny any tie to the other.

And since there is NO EVIDENCE tying them together other than wishful thinking by the Trumpists, perhaps that good reason would be the truth.

Romney is a Never Trumper

As are many of the Republicans that outlets get to make "end it now" statements

You have described the full universe of republican entities that will have a place in American life beyond the end of the year.

It was Never Trump or full treason on a train that pulled away from the station several years ago.

"After several negative tests, I learned I was positive this morning," he said in a statement. "I am feeling good and experiencing very mild symptoms. I will be working from home in Naples until it is safe for me to return to Washington, D.C."

Taking a page from Eric Trump's book!

Speaking of ET - appears wife Lara may be looking to run for a senate seat in NC

Her mug shot will make a nice campaign poster.

Rep. Fred Upton (R-MI) is not a never-Trumper.

He thinks what the president is trying to do is wrong.

US Supreme Court overturns stay of execution in Texas.

Breyer, Sotomayor and Kagan voted against

Texas, still killing human beings in chambers of death.
Premeditated, cold-blooded killing by the state.
Barbaric.
Total outrage.

And what's the Supreme Court think it's doing?

Dominion Voting Systems committed to attending an oversight hearing in Pennsylvania but backed out at the last moment, lawmakers in the Keystone State said Friday.

The members of the state government committee were looking forward to publicly addressing the plethora of accusations of Dominion Voting Systems in a format which would have allowed open and honest dialogue. I was impressed at what appeared to be the willingness of Dominion Voting Systems to address accusations, and it would have put the 1.3 million Pennsylvanians who used their machines at ease, including myself,” state Rep. Seth Grove, a Republican who chairs of the Government Oversight Committee, said during a press conference.

“Unfortunately, last evening, Dominion Voting Systems lawyered up and backed out of their commitment

Fourteen counties in Pennsylvania use Dominion’s voting systems. Approximately 1.3 million people, or 19 percent of voters, voted in those counties.

Very interesting!

  1) VOTE DELETION/SWITCHING ASSERTIONS ARE COMPLETELY FALSE.

An unsubstantiated claim about the deletion of 2.7 million pro-Trump votes that was posted on the Internet and spread on social media has been taken down and debunked by independent fact-checkers.

Edison Research (ER) has refuted any claims that company data suggests any voting irregularities, including vote switching.  Edison Research President Larry Rosin told The Dispatch Fact Check, "Edison Research created no such report and we are not aware of any voter fraud."

Claims that 941,000 votes for President Trump in Pennsylvania were deleted are impossible.  The fourteen counties using Dominion systems collectively produced 1.3 million votes, representing a voter turnout of 76%.  Fifty-two percent of those votes went to President Trump, amounting to 676,000 votes processed for the President in Pennsylvania using company systems.

Dominion does not have the ability review votes in real time as they are submitted.
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's cybersecurity division has confirmed that it is not possible for a bad actor to change election results without detection....

The only associations the companies [Smartmatic and Dominion] have ever had were:
- In 2009, Smartmatic licensed Dominion machines for use in the Philippines.  The contract ended in a lawsuit.
- In 2010, Dominion purchased certain assets from Sequoia, a private U.S. Company.  Smartmatic, a previous owner of Sequoia, pursued legal actions against Dominion.

Doesn't really seem like "in cahoots" would describe the 2 companies.

On Trump inviting MI GOP lawmakers to the WH to try to subvert the democratic vote:

Quote
“What this president is doing unconscionable,” said former Bush administration official Christine Todd Whitman. “It is unacceptable. It’s un-American and it’s a dereliction of his duty.”

White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany said it was “not an advocacy meeting” and insisted Trump “routinely meets with lawmakers from across the country.”

Which one seems better plugged into reality.
Which one seems to be lying?
