Where are the gun control zealots on the A Boogie story?

It has to be a white mass shooter before you get all pissed off?  Let the  bangers bang?

Not sure who you're talking to.  I don't get selectively "pissed off" at one set of shooters or potential shooters.  My focus is on public officials who are charged with the duty of public safety.  And who are dedicated to following the demands of the majority of Americans who want assault-style weapons off the streets, out of the hands of felons and the mentally ill, etc.

I get that

But you have no opinion on handguns in the hands of the criminal element in our cities?

A Boogie had the extra large magazine - which is part of your desired legislation, no?  Hollow points OK?

Dont just comment when convenient.

And while we are at it - where was Joe on guns during the election?  On foreign policy?  Where was the press?  They love to state "ohhhhhhhhh,,,we only pay attention when there is another mass shooting" - and yet they go on and do just that.

Sorry to get off the COVID death ticker and Trump the Doofus track.  The A Boogie story just hit hard.

I’m getting old.

I never heard of A Boogie with Da Hoodie..

He and his security GOT BUSTED.

Why should I be outraged?

Also - that said - you cant simply refute the link between narcotics use and crime.  Seems Oilcan doesn't care.

You shouldn't Larry.  You do YOU.

Thats the point.

Dr King would just love you, bro.  No care of cop killer bullets in the hands of young black (and white) men on the streets.

The Dems "you guys are racist" and their seemingly not caring about inner city blacks killing each other is quite difficult to balance.

Yup!

If it were true, not just a product of your fertile imagination, it would be difficult for us to balance, too.

But it isn't.

And you only pretend to care about inner city blacks as a stick to beat us with, not as a real thing.

Again, no news.

Dems painting Republicans as being uncaring of mass shootings is also ridiculous speak.

Sick mass shooting AR carrying gunmen vs the often desperate but also entitled inner city thugs with handguns (and sometimes also automatic rifles) - which of course are in much much greater number

A Boog had the big magazine and the hollow points

Do you care?  Does America?

(If he wasnt famous its a non story, sadly)

Achtung, bitches..

Whites and Christofascists being told they're victims, that they are oppressed by liberals or feminists or immigrants. However, to get this done requires one key: Disassociating a huge portion of a country from reality. We get amused with the "stolen election" and "Q" conspiracy theories supported by the GOP, but they're creating delusions...

Kiid hasn’t mentioned whether anyone involved in the case is alleging that A Boogie with Da Hoodie or his security had used any of their illicit hardware or distributed any of the stash.

It’s concerning that he could obtain the magazines and ammo he’s been charged for.

The stash sounds very reasonable for the Covid environment in NJ. The governor is still calling on residents to eliminate unnecessary trips.

I save my outrage for Rittenhouse, Roof, Holmes, Lanza, Crusius, and the like.

Outrage at Americans armed beyond the letter of the law is outrage at more Americans than voted for trump on all sides of the isle and in all walks of life, not that it isn’t an outrage.

As the great Republican Ike Eisenhower warned, this country has a powerful death cult that grifts on fear.

We need President-elect Biden to be the most effective Antifa President since FDR.

By 2028, Kiid and Red need to be politically and spiritually homeless if they are still knocking about.

It’s quite a complicated knot this American project of building a more perfect Union. It always involves not letting the work so far be blown over by the constant battery of enormous shitstorms or be undermined by shoddyness by our current standards still unremediated in the foundations.

Dems painting Republicans as being uncaring of mass shootings is also ridiculous speak.

Texas Rpublican Dan Patrick on mass shootings: We've always had guns, we’ve always had evil. But what's changed where we see this rash of shooting? And I see a video game industry that teaches young people to kill.

Donald Trump: "We must stop the glorification of violence in our society. This includes the gruesome and grisly video games that are now commonplace. It is too easy today for troubled youth to surround themselves with a culture that celebrates violence."

"Ohio State Rep. Candice Keller also included video games, along with 'drag queen advocates,' 'homosexual marriage,' open borders, and former President Barack Obama, as factors in the shootings."

"[T}here are no findings from research that demonstrate a direct connection between people playing violent video games and mass shootings.  https://www.cnn.com/2019/08/05/politics/violent-video-game-shooting-fact-check/index.html

HARTFORD, Conn. — Ten states and nearly two dozen members of Congress are joining the National Rifle Association in supporting gun-maker Remington Arms as it fights a Connecticut court ruling involving liability for the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting.

Officials in the 10 conservative states, 22 House Republicans and the NRA are among groups that filed briefs with the U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday and Wednesday. They urged justices to overturn the Connecticut decision, citing a much-debated 2005 federal law that shields gun makers from liability, in most cases, when their products are used in crimes.

https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/republican-politicians-states-join-nra-backing-gun-maker-sandy-hook-n1050336

A month after the Sandy Hook attack, 54 percent of Americans said they supported banning assault rifles and semi-automatic weapons, according to a Fox News poll conducted at the time. A Fox News poll conducted earlier this year showed 67 percent of respondents favored a ban on assault weapons — including 61 percent of rural white Americans, and 53 percent of those who said their household had a gun in it.

At the same time, the NRA is much less popular than it had been in the past. The Fox poll from 2013 found 56 percent of Americans had a favorable opinion of the group; today, just 42 percent see the NRA favorably, and 47 percent see it unfavorably.

Even as state legislatures, including some run by Republicans, move to embrace new gun safety measures, Congress has remained unmoved. The Republican-controlled Senate has become a legislative morass where gun legislation stalls, both in the wake of Sandy Hook and after other mass shootings. The Trump administration issued an order banning bump stocks, but President Trump's pledge to address mass shootings has yet to materialize.

Yes, the GOP is uncaring. Their actions speak louder than your hollow words, kiddie.

Have a seat and STFU on shootings and who actually cares. On this issue, you know shit.

https://www.npr.org/2020/12/09/944385798/poll-just-a-quarter-of-republicans-accept-election-outcome

A solid majority of Americans trust that the results of the 2020 presidential election are accurate, but only about a quarter of Republicans do, according to a new NPR/PBS NewsHour/Marist survey.

Sixty-one percent say they trust the results, including two-thirds of independents, but just 24% of Republican respondents say they accept the results.

76% of the GOP are Losers and/or Suckers.

Or they are fucking with us and they are monsters. It likely some kind of a split, but those are the limits of the republican position.
