Vindman is the first current White House official set to appear as the impeachment inquiry reaches deeper into the Trump administration and Democrats prepare for the next, public phase of the probe.

The 20-year military officer will testify that he first reported his concerns after an earlier meeting in which U.S. Ambassador to the European Union Gordon Sondland stressed the importance of having Ukraine investigate the 2016 election as well as Burisma, a company linked to the family of 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden.

Vindman says he told Sondland that “his statements were inappropriate, that the request to investigate Biden and his son had nothing to do with national security, and that such investigations were not something the NSC was going to get involved in or push.”

Seems pretty clear. I am sure that he, too, will come under attack for speaking out, but his testimony puts Sondland's in perspective, when added to Taylor's. And all of it puts Trump's lies in a position in which only Kid can deny its import. (Ward will just talk about a squirrel somewhere or ask inane questions.)

Kupperman says the subpoena demands he testify while the White House tells him not to, so he is going to leave it up to the court to decide for him if he has to. The judge has him appearing along with lawyers for the Trump White House and for the House of Representatives.

What part was exactly as he said? 

The parts where he lied about details to make himself seem more involved?  The parts where he lied about what was said to Russia to make them appear to be allies? Or the parts where he revealed classified special forces tactics that could put the lives of those forces in danger in the future?

For his not being your candidate, I dont think Trump could ask for a more unthinking and ignorant supporter.
