Dumbass fence outflanked again.

http://www.politico.com/news/2020/06/26/court-trump-wrongly-diverted-billions-border-wall-341862

Dopey the executive fraud has built less than a quarter mile a day of super expensive extra permeable fence. Now he’s stuck and done. Mexico has paid for none of it. It will all be torn down and repurposed within 5 years.

Us folks on the left are just hyping this as a way to diminish Trump's reelection chances, same as we wear masks to make him look bad - it's just politics. Like the Obamacare thing.

Texas shifts from reopening to containment
Gov. Abbott orders some bars to close by noon today as Texas cities face 'apocalyptic' numbers if surge spreads

Just another libtard governor trying to make Trump look bad.

Strong cautious move by Abbott.

ICU beds at 97% - the norm being 85-88.  (and of course further ICU can be made available through conversion, construction)

Just about 20% are COVID cases.

What’s a few more thousand dead motherfuckers?

I could never figure out Carville and Mary Matalin. Either the sex was astounding, or they were astounding at compartmentalizing, or it was a great act.

She would have made me nuts.

I found their marital life more plausible than Kelly Anne & George.

Carville and Matalin were 100% diametrically opposed politically so there must have been some magic other than the pure heat of the hatred of each other's politcal leanings. So I'm guessing intense raging passion boiling over into raw savage sex.

Kelly Anne and George are aligned politically, both conservative Republicans, so i can see a couple of dates etc where they could actually get to know one another.  Drinks, dinner, after dinner drinks, peck on the cheek, a round of golf at the club, cosplay where he's Ronnie and she's Nancy etc. But eventuality the civility of matrimony melts when she started to draw a pay check from Trump and he's aghast at the law-breaking and attacks on long-held American principles by her employer. So things get chilly, and he founds the Lincoln Project to get her out of the office and home like a good Republican mother and wife.

Theirs isn’t so much a marriage as a merger... she got absorbed into the Cult of Trump. He and the otherNever Trumpers talk shit but they built this.

https://www.cnn.com/2020/06/26/politics/children-released-from-immigration-detention-centers/index.html

A judge ruled by both law and compassion, demanding that the US government release migrant children held in the country's three family detention centers by mid-July due to the coronavirus pandemic. Judge Dolly M. Gee of the US District Court for the Central District of California called for the swift removal of migrant children who are at one of the three family detention centers, which are run by Immigration and Customs Enforcement and located in Texas and Pennsylvania.

The children must be released with their parents or to "available suitable sponsors or other available COVID-free non-congregate settings" with the consent of their parents or guardians, Judge Gee said.

Now it's "White fragility" (whataver that means) that I'm supposed to be apologizing for.

And apologising for "cultural appropriation" if at age 17 a White person dressed in Rastafarian style.

Tulsa reporter who attended the rally has tested positive.

Too soon to be sure he got it from being there for 6 hours, but also too soon to decide he did not.

Trump Administration has known about this since March:

https://www.nytimes.com/2020/06/26/us/politics/russia-afghanistan-bounties.html?action=click&module=Top%20Stories&pgtype=Homepage

An operation to incentivize the killing of American and other NATO troops would be a significant and provocative escalation of what American and Afghan officials have said is Russian support for the Taliban, and it would be the first time the Russian spy unit was known to have orchestrated attacks on Western troops.

Any involvement with the Taliban that resulted in the deaths of American troops would also be a huge escalation of Russia’s so-called hybrid war against the United States, a strategy of destabilizing adversaries through a combination of such tactics as cyberattacks, the spread of fake news and covert and deniable military operations.

---

As of this moment, Trump has not authorized a single response.  Not one.  Not even a diplomatic complaint.

And two months after he was briefed on this, it apparently didn't come up in a call the two had, and Trump said he wanted to invite Putin to rejoin the G7.

This is the tough guy Trumpists are in love with...

He is a traitor.

Damn. That needs circulation.

Trump’s treason watered by his republican allies has grown into condoning the hunting and killing of American troops by our adversaries.

New low, even for the GOP.

The GOP is now the PPP, Putin’s Party by Proxy.
It’s starting to get some circulation now.

http://youtu.be/xw1YyMJ6NUg

Where is the Senate intel chair, the armed services chair, the foreign relations chair?

Are these prominent republicans also that deep in Putin’s pocket?

Sad day for the pissy old man party, the dying dinosaur, the GOP PPP.

On reflection, I've realized how hilarious it is listening to Ward and Kid support Trump's push to defend our national heritage and to guard our monuments, etc.

These are the same people who supported Trump as he reduced monuments, ran over Native grounds, and whatever else he needed to do for oil and gas.

Yeah, Kid, Johnson had no principles and Trump does. Just like you.

Supporting Trump on this topic is... a monumental mistake.
