The Republican National Committee (RNC), the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC), and the Florida GOP won a federal court victory upholding Florida’s ban on ballot harvesting.

Priorities USA, a progressive advocacy group, and other Democrat plaintiffs dismissed their claims in Nielsen v. DeSantis, a lawsuit challenging Florida’s ban on ballot harvesting which also aimed to force the state to count ballots that arrived after Election Day. The plaintiffs also dropped their claim that Florida needed to provide pre-paid postage on vote-by-mail ballots.

Still seeking to cut down on the number of votes for no good reason, but because they can.

Truly something to celebrate, Ward.
Well.
Votes for “ no good reason” are exactly what the decision outlawed.
Maybe one day you and Oilcan will take time to read the US Constitution.

To you?

No point. You not only wouldn't get it, but you would misrepresent it and claim you were the arbiter of truth.

Kind like your president and his claim about our leading the world in testing that that being why so many people have cases, while ignoring that we among the leaders in deaths on a percentage basis, not merely because we are large.

Facts are beyond you.

Still and always.

Two more reasons for not liking what Trump had to say today in his Fox interview, for all that they are authentic Donald Trump:

Quote
“I have to see. Look ... I have to see,” Trump told moderator Chris Wallace during a wide-ranging interview on ”Fox News Sunday." “No, I’m not going to just say yes. I’m not going to say no, and I didn’t last time either.” The Biden campaign responded: "The American people will decide this election. And the United States government is perfectly capable of escorting trespassers out of the White House.”

Trump also hammered the Pentagon brass for favoring renaming bases that honor Confederate military leaders — a drive for change spurred by the national debate about race after George Floyd's death. “I don’t care what the military says,” the commander in chief said.

I liked Biden's response to the first. And I will be surprised if we don't see the military quote in a Lincoln Project ad tomorrow or the next day.

Do you know fully what Trump said about Fort Bragg and other bases?

I don't think Trump cares how many Democrats vote.

He’s going to have a hard enough time keeping 50% of republicans. He’s worrying about where to flee to so he can avoid extradition.

The Obama economy has held up pretty well despite the obtuse abuse republicans give it and their epic Covid fuckups.

We’re about to enter the real trump economy which begins in the next week or two with no rope and a very pronounced drop.

But if you like soup kitchens, morgue trucks, and shootings in the street, by all means keep supporting republicans.
