I think they should discuss Trump's negotiations to erect the largest building in Russia (and lying about not having any deals underway in Russia).  A hugely scandalous affair that somehow got swept under the rug.

I also think Biden should nix the next two debates.

Legislation in question is to prevent the deepening of economic recession that was official under trump by last December.
