During a rally in Georgia on Saturday where President Donald Trump claimed he won an election that he lost, he said, "If I lost, I'd be a very gracious loser."

The most gracious ever?

"Look after yourself first in this world, son...
because nobody else will" - bambu's first boss in the workforce.
Seems to me that is exactly what everyone in the world is doing...including Trump, except he has not done/is not exactly doing the best job of it he could've/can.

Tell your republican friends in Georgia that Kelly is no friend of trump’s. She’s heavily invested in funds with George Sorros. Speaking of funds, also remind you republican friends in Georgia that David Perdue has it rigged so every time a Georgian dies of Covid he makes $50,000.

It’s important republicans in Georgia go to (or stay home from) the polls well informed.

My assumption is that Trump currently views the landscape as Biden will be a one term president due to age.  Which makes Kamala the presumptive favorite for 2024, and Trump sees that as a perfect foil for his white man grievance, racist approach to politics.  Though Trump isn't young and 4 years is a good chunk of time.  But that's one reason why you hear about Trump running again in 2024.

Trump's $200M bounty (which he's sucked off marks during the economic collapse) will be used partly to undermine Biden.  Trump got good mileage out of legitimatizing Obama, and he'll continue to claim Biden only got the office due to fraud.  Trump likely will aid in the McConnell obstruction to sandbag Biden and sabotage the country, to increase his 2024 prospects.  Basically running a version of the anti-Obama playbook on Biden.

Be interesting what role Trump plays in the midterms.  Does he fund candidates, help them fund-raise, do rallies, support insurgents?

The Dem 2024 race will be interesting if Biden steps aside as expected.  Kamala the likely frontrunner.  Bernie and probably Liz Warren too old.  Abrams?  Beto?  A Biden cabinet member?  A Gov such as Whitmer?  Sherrod Brown seems popular and bland?

But of course, first 4 years of Biden.
My wish list:
1) get the vaccine out competently (recall how the obamacare website hurt)
2) get Covid relief money out to people and small businesses (one idea is to give relief money to only those who get inoculated)
3) get a big infrastructure bill passed to provide jobs and fix the crumbling nation while interest rates are negligible
4) raise the minimum wage to $15/hour
5) minimum 15% tax on corporate profits (no more zeroing out tax liability)
6) support the green agenda over fossil fuels
7) fix int'l alliances and gang up on China (and deal with Russia as a group)
8) roll back most bad Trump policies especially those pushed through late and during the lame duck phase
9) Support marijuana decriminalization, stop the Feds from enforcing any laws or obstructing state efforts to run maryjane businesses, while allowing banks to deal with marijuana companies
10) Make Election Day a national holiday, and push measures to make voting and registration easier, and voting more secure.
11) support unionization

I believe almost all of that is popular, future-directed, and mostly benefits working class and middle-class folks.  The rich have certainly won the class war and a rebalancing is needed.

NYC DA Cy Vance and NYAG James are playing rock paper scissors to see who indicts him first even if he works out a pardon for himself.

His base will remain but their Messiah won’t be leading the parade and I don’t see another charismatic psycho on the near horizon to take up the mantle.

Ted Cruz?

Tom Cotton?

Nope.

Most of the other reasons are because Trump has a huge base and he lives in democrat heads

Everyone of them a loser, especially Sherrod Brown who is virtually unknown.

Trump. Nothing Biden does can change that.

The rich?  The leftist elitists spent the most money in the 2020 election and lost across the board.

Yes.  Maybe stage it so you still get relief if you don't get vaccinated but your relief comes after vaccinations have been done.  Essentially make the non-conforming anti-vaxxers have to wait at the back of the line.

How is Biden's new Covid19 regime going...everyone wearing masks?
Everyone social distancing?
Only people living in the same house sitting together in public everywhere?
Everyone staying home if they don't need to leave home?

Trump and Mitch have the same solutions. They have each eliminated all the preferable options. There is nothing left but to take their fucking heads clean off their necks.

With any luck or justice, neither will see 2023, much less 2024.

It's amusing how completely wrong Red is in his misunderstanding of nearly everything.
An example:

minimum 15% tax on corporate profits (no more zeroing out tax liability)

Sure, and bankrupt the Treasury,

In Red's upside-down world, if you cut taxes revenues grow (despite factually this never happening) and if you require companies to pay 15% instead of zero, revenues will drop.

Which Trump policies should be reversed?

Environmental policies such as:
- drilling in the Arctic wildlife preserve
- rejoining the Paris Climate Accords (limits are Wholly Voluntary)

Immigration policies such as:
- not separating families at the border
- DACA
- end funding/building the stupid and pointless wall.  Not what America is about.  Plus expensive and ineffective.

Int'l:
- Rejoin Paris Accords
- Get the Iran nuke deal back in place (under Trump Iran has been increasing it's low-enriched uranium stockpile)
- work with Europe again
- Get or keep the last remaining nuke agreement with Russia in place.

Health care:
expand Obamacare, expand Medicare, make mask wearing a priority even if just via messaging/bully pulpit

I'm sure there's plenty more in plenty more areas, just the ones off the top of my head.
