You really need to stick with the Scummo moniker ...
On China, Red's got more nothing than his usual nothing.
A veritable cornucopia of nothing.
But it's always amusing to see people opine about things and places they know nothing about.
It's quite interesting that the democratic elected president of the USA felt that he had such core support that he could ignore mass Amercian deaths and illnesses, and use the federal system to pass blame to the governors and states. While the authoritarian leadership of China who brook no organized opposition saw CV-19 as an existential threat to their rule and the economy (which underpins their rule) and took full responsibility and strong action. All of those ineffectual cover-up officials in Wuhan and Hubei are long gone.
You want to discuss problems in China, there's plenty to choose from, but the Economy and Virus response are certainly bright spots and among the world's best.
If you can find one credible source that argues that the US virus response was better than China's, I'd be amazed and interested in reading it. And yes, the first month, China flubbed the response. But from Jan 21 to Dec 21, China did great.
