Trump leaves office with DOW near 31k

Not only isn't the stock market not the economy, but the Top 1% wealthiest Americans own 40% of all stocks, while 85% of stocks are owned by the Top 10%.
So it's mostly a matter of the rich getting richer under a GOP president.  What a surprise.  Trump's Trillion $ tax cut resulted in lots of already cash-flush corporations buying back their stocks to pump up their stock prices for their already wealthy investors and executives.  With hardly a ripple in the real economy where the other 90% live.  The economy always does better under DEM presidents than under GOP.  The Clinton Boom was bigger than the Reagan Boom.
While big financial crashes and scandals always occur under GOP rule.

From Trump's inauguration day, the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose from 19,827 to 30,930 on Tuesday, a 56 percent increase.

That increase is below the 73.2 percent rise the Dow saw in Obama's first term, or the 105.8 percent increase under Clinton's first term.

Trump leaves office with 31% approval.  Lowest ever recorded.
Wonder why?

Where did they take the surveys...at universities and California central?

Trump did many good things in his 4 years.

One thing that set off the protesters/invaders off was seeing on their tv screens actual ballot paper proof that some people voted multiple times.

But they didn't.

They saw what was purported to be "actual ballot paper proof," but it was a sham.

A few people were caught having done that - a couple in this state, one in that, etc. Note that they were caught.

Yes it was proven that people voted multiple times.
Hence the distrust of the system.

Bambuzooled, you show repeatedly that you have hardly a clue about life or gov't in the US.

Quote
In the Jan. 4-15 poll, 4% of Democrats, 30% of independents and 82% of Republicans approve of Trump's performance.

Republicans are a little over 30% of the US population.  Even if Trump still has 82% of them supporting him, that's just around 25% of Americans.
Right now Trump unsurprisingly has 4% support among Democrats, who make up roughly 1/3 of the country.  So that add 1.3% to Trump popularity.  Who knows what those 4% are thinking.

24% of GOPers + another 1% from Dems.  Independents are around 36% of the population and if 30% are still in Trumps corner, that's only another 10%.
Which gets you right around Trump's dismal 34%.

With the Insurrection Trump instigated, his unwillingness to concede defeat and constant undermining of elections and democracy, plus the new impeachment, and the raging Trump Epidemic, I'm genuinely surprised Trump is as high as 34% approval.  I would have guessed 30% or less.

. I understand  “proven’ must have a different meaning for you. My copy of the Southern Hemisphere’s Webster Dictionary defines “proven” to be “baldly alleged”.

Anyway, Trump has left the building...and a new "king" is soon to be "crowned".
A "peace, love and harmony"..."everyone in the world is a lovely person" one.
Best of luck to him.

Red got a tax cut...along with many other Americans.
If the new guy is going to have free everything, he's going to have to pay for it somehow.

Go outside

It's 11.15 pm...thug time...they seem to sleep all day and do their evil work from 10pm until 4am.
Although my community has gates and security patrols, it's
very lonely walking around at night.
Inauguration is at 3am my time.
I'll be asleep.

It went from “Mexico will pay for it!”
to
“You will pay for it!”
to
“You will pay Steve Bannon, and I will pardon him for defrauding you!”

Trump has also decided to pardon Steve Bannon.

This will make Bannon's testimony in various federal courts harder to dodge with the 5th or anything else.

I sure hope it comes back to bite Trump hard on the ass.

Bannon’s owners tend to silence their minions more directly when the rubber hits the road. I wonder if it was a blanket pardon or in reference to particular of Steve’s criminal acts.

Well, the trial is set for May, so....

Way to keep up.

Nothing that was said has anything related to your asinine "way to keep up."

ETA: Bannon's own trial date is totally unrelated to what I'm discussing.

My response was to FAC

A mistake, yes - I know

51%

36% strong approve

Likely your 31 referred to that second number - polled by a different group.  And the overall is much higher
