IMO, Trump's legacy is the SCOTUS appointments.

Nothing more, nothing less.

I beg to differ.

The increased visibility of racial animus is part of his legacy and not a small one.

And his refusal to address or allow to be addressed climate concerns for his years in Congress has a huge impact, as well.

That's not all, but it will do for starters.

President Biden needs to wear hats, he needs to wear the cool hats like Humphrey Bogart wore. I just think our President would look cool in hats, he needs to add hats to his wardrobe.

Salute,

Tony V.

Hats off to Tony for cutting to the core issue of the day!

What about a red cap, in honour of the far left who got him into office?

Congress can appoint a commission or a special counsel or special prosecutor. The DOJ has a number of options available as well. State AGs can get involved as issues pertain to their states.

The voting and immigration fix, along with socializing medicine and enacting the green new deal should be a focus of the administration along with cleaning the federal stables both from the Russian digital intrusion and the human waste trump land deposited throughout the federal workforce should be another.

The more truth people know about republican culture the less power it will have to slow and derail this important work. The more truth republicans know about republican culture, the fewer republicans there will be.

Scummo gets good mileage out of his bright red rubber nose and white face paint. It seems to really impress the Chinese. I’m not sure about the giant shoes though. I don’t think they really convey the gravitas he intends.

Besides not being able to spell the word, you don't really know what the words means.

What is it then?

Based on his post history, bum is a better translation.

He is trying to talk Mrs B into vanlife, after all.

I'm rereading all of Kid's posts from 2017 in which he gave "Mr. Obama" "his due" for "at least some of what he accomplished."

There are so many of such posts.  Actually, there aren't.

Now Kiid's gonna post some tripe like "well even though Mr. Obama is a black guy, I respect him.  Sort of."

No surprise.

You were duped, dupe, or you willfully promulgate lies in the hope of duping others. Either way, you’ll be a poisonous bastard until you admit it.

I thought his reaching out to Kim of North Korea was a good thing, even if it was doomed to failure by a man better at playing games than Trump ever was.

Where's the "Accomplishment" here. We can compile a separate list called  "nice tries"

Objectively speaking he improved the VA appeal process, halted mass illegal immigration, and temporarily stopped entry by jihadists.

Yeah... not all muslims are jihadists.  He put kids in cages too, so he helped cage makers.

Many people believe that Trump's border wall, so called "Muslim ban" (ask victims of 9/11, Boston bombings, and terror attacks in Europe what they think), tax cuts, foreign policy and trade policies (and the 1,000,000 jobs they created) were great for America.

And?

And Trump did things that were good.

Any jobs created have been wiped out by his Covid response.
He didn't cut taxes either for most americans he gave something of a forebearance.

Many tax cut provisions, especially income tax cuts, will expire in 2025,[10] and starting in 2021 will increase over time; this, by 2027 would affect an estimated 65% of the population and in that same year the law's provisions are set to be fully enacted,[11] however, corporate tax cuts are permanent.

A half-built wall he did not get Mexico to pay for and enacting an unconstitutional ban poorly-disguised based on religion aren't accomplishments.  He just made life for millions of American muslim families harder and hurt millions of others on student-visas that had to stop seeing their families or leave the country.

What was accomplished?  America is less well off.
