Not unlike with the DEBT.

The article noted it - the president did not, arguing that he had destroyed ISIS.

But the phrase is not "work still to be done," when it comes to the DEBT. It's "Work as yet unbegun and going actively in the wrong direction.

The projection for Fiscal 2019 prior to Trump's tax legislation getting passed saw a trillion dollar plus deficit at least a year later than Trump's not got it. Over the ensuing decade, Trump's plan raises the national debt by more than $10 trillion above where it would otherwise have gone.

Nor is "fixing" social security going to fix it.

Once upon a time, we had these things called computers which allowed us to post things on the internet. When we posted, sometime websites would show an IP address.

Technology, the application of science, permitted the user's IP address to be seen. It did not permit the zip codes to be seen, except in so far as an IP address might lead to one, as an IP address would show which Internet Provider the person was using, allowing research of that company's local setting from the number.

Zip codes don't work as well alone, though the postmark may indicate which post office a letter item is from. You could apply that science-derived technology to look them up.

Similarly, if you were to call me, I could look up your area code, should you fail to block your number. That, too, involves science - but neither zip nor area codes are as simple or direct as an IP address.
