Trump suggests that Google, FB, and Amazon may be in "anti-trust territory."

SCOTUS allowed to stand an order forbidding the Catholic Charities from resuming placing adoptees because CC won't abide by Philadelphia's laws on same sex couples adopting.

Quote
Another White House lawyer is out: Top ethics attorney quits a day after lead counsel announces departure, as Trump's allies fear he lacks legal firepower for coming storm

The most shocking part?

He had an ethics lawyer to start with!

"....because of the way the budget cap works...."

You know - I marvel every day at how fortunate we are to have a few guys -m one in particular - on this forum who know everyTHING about EVERYthing - it's a wonder one of them isnt in the OVAL instead of DT - how selfish of them to deprive the nation of their respective expertise.

Sure do throw a helluva stone though, eh?

It’s pretty amusing that a Trump supporter would posit that being President requires any knowledge of the workings of the government, or really any knowledge at all.

Love it.

I know if the Congress doesn’t kill this stupid ass idea, (you cut a trillion in taxes, spend out the ass and then talk about budget?) ....

You were surprised by any of it?

Promises being kept

Lol. A $1.5 Trillion hole in the budget, but a $25 Billion cut that isn’t really a cut, and we can check that promise off the list?

And that Tax Cut would lead to cuts in Social Security and Medicare that Trump promised he wouldn’t touch, if he gets his shot at them after the midterms.

Trump and Republicans promised raises for the middle class. Instead they get lower real wages and pay freezes.

Trump promised a better health plan, instead was ready to sign off on 30 million losing their insurance.

How’s that promise that North Korea is no longer a nuclear threat working out?

And where is your wall, kiidcarter8, and who is going to pay for it?

Am I surprised by any of that?  Of course not. Your “President” is a con man who has his marks crowing about “promises being kept” while he robs them blind.

MAGA!

It sounds like she’s nose blind to how farcically criminal and incompetent her party has become. Naomi is not going to Congress, but she can apply for Sarah Hucklesanders’ job when luckless Sarah glitches out.

The religion of Whiteness has become a suicide cult.

Skewers Teddy Roosevelt, Woodrow Wilson, and FDR, among others.

Its a telling clip.  In explaining why she is going to win, a candidate who claims she is "running for something not against something" can't talk about her support for popular policies, but only vaguely about voter trends in the young, and independents, and female candidates, that actually all favor Democrats.  I mean, her internal campaign analysis is seriously off if she thinks the anti-incumbent ferment in the Democratic party that elected Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez means those same young people are going to vote in a Republican!

And to a larger trend, Republicans are fond of declaring the very same political tactics they used to some effect out of bounds when it is used against them.  Republicans feverishly ran against Obama and the ACA in 2010, but now its somehow unworthy of a candidate to run against Trump and his giveaways to the wealthy?

Nope.  Even if it was all Democratic Candidates are doing, running as a check against Trump's corruption and therefore in favor of our Democracy is not only worthy, its commendable.  But it isn't all that they are doing.
