The New Philadelphia Police have announced that no crime is permitted in the middle of next week due to low temperatures.

The latest from presidential- candidate wannabe Elizabth Warren, trying to keep up with AOC on “let’s keep soaking the rich”.

United States Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) today unveiled the Ultra-Millionaire Tax, a bold proposal to tax the wealth of the richest 0.1% of Americans. The legislation, which applies only to house-holds with a net worth of $50 million or more, is estimated by leading economists to raise $2.75 trillion in tax revenue over a ten-year period.

Those “ leading “ economists come from the usual cast of leftist characters but that is irrelevant.
Warren’s proposal is clearly unconstitutional.
Which is irrelevant to her purpose.
Which is to further the democrat strategy of only taxing the rich.

Lol. My prediction not off by much.

Trump campaign colluded with the Russians, as Pelosi makes the great negotiator look like a third grader.

Enter REDSTATEWARD:   AOC!  Warren!  Unconstitutional!

Weak.
But accurate.

No, but so what?

It doesn't matter to you whether it's accurate or not.

You don't want to discuss the travesty that has been the shutdown. You don't want to discuss the various "let them eat cake" idiocies uttered by in-laws and Cabinet members and the President, himself. You don't want to discuss the thing you used to maintain was all bogus - the Mueller investigation.

So, you are reduced to inanities and distractions. Lie, deny, and obfuscate.

Same old you.

The Mike O'Callaghan - Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge is an example of a good public works project, as was the Hoover Dam, they built the bridge to detour traffic from driving over Hoover Dam, they were worried about a truck bomb blowing up on Hoover Dam etc. The new bridge is a marvel to behold.

They did a great job.

Yes no dirty filthy wall. No public works or infrastructure improvements. FDR will be tossing in his grave.

A WALL IS NOT INFRASTRUCTURE.

Is that really so hard to understand?

Have you read Trump's so-called Infrastructure Plan?!

Or are you going to keep beating this bogus drum?

Other issues at hand......

We can revisit.....

How is it unconstitutional?

Read 16th Amendment (It fails as an income tax) and Article I, Section 9, Clause 4 (It fails because it is an unapportioned direct tax).
The 16th was written precisely because of the gross impracticality of apportionment.  It chucked out apportionment for income tax.  Just because the very rich earn money in a different way doesn't mean that apportionment suddenly becomes sensible again.   Courts have generally rejected apportionment, and it clearly makes no sense when people earn money across multiple state borders.   Think about it.

You need to think about it.
The 16th Amendment allows “ income” from all sources to be taxed. But the government cannot reach into your pocket and tax money you already paid taxes on.

What does it matter that your post was inaccurate, when you cannot and will not either accept that (out loud) or address the rest of the GOP-caused morasses?

What does it matter that you are asked questions, when you cannot and will not answer honestly?

Yeah, like an inheritance tax! Or a property tax!

Kiid, always confusing what's going on with a game.

Yeah, people lose in this sort of scenario, Kiiid, but it is not a game.

And my comment, as you fucking well know, has nothing to do with score keeping and everything to do with holding people accountable for their bullshit.

A good public works project would be to provide healthy water to people in Michigan. They can create jobs for unemployed people by putting in a brand new modern water system. There is no reason for people to have to drink bad water here in the USA. We can have projects all over America to make sure that we are all drinking healthy water.

There are a lot of things that we could do to create public works jobs for people besides building a border wall that we do not need and that most people do not want.

We have thousands of places in the US with worse water than Flint.

The president of the Border Patrol Union thinks Trump's current policy on the souther border incentivizes illegal border crossings.
