Is being accused of varying degrees of sexual assault by 14 women disqualifying?
Is bragging about getting away with unwanted kisses and grabbing women by their vaginas disqualifying?
How about cheating on a wife who just bore your son with a porn star and playboy model?

Yes.  For me it was.  Which is why I didn't back Trump in the primary.

I don't think you are in the Biden camp.  But like I did with Trump you would vote for Uncle Joe and support him if he were elected POTUS.

That you think those are equivalent positions says more about you than it does about NA or Biden.

Thanks for covering the response.

Also, kiidcarter8 doesn't seem to know what the word "disqualifying" means.

I think you have made your thoughts on Biden crystal clear.

Like I said - i dont see him as a serious candidate anyway - and thus he deserves no more time and space here.

Time for it to gain momentum and bring fresh winds of change across the nation and world.

Let me try to explain something here:  when you elect a gay mayor, you are electing someone who has experienced being part of a minority whose right to exist has often been challenged, sometimes in demeaning, sometimes violent, ways.  Kid, what do you imagine might result from having that life experience?  Let me offer a possibility:  it might give you empathy, an empathy that would transfer well to all of the most vulnerable members of a society.  Am empathy for people who have a struggle being accepted for who they are.

If you can think of a real reason, some ethical principle maybe, that says we should not celebrate these "firsts," then I am willing to listen.

Four years ago Lori Lightfoot didn't have the right to get married.

I look forward to the time when that "stuff" can go away.  We aren't there yet.

You do know Washington was fired from Grey’s Anatomy for homophobic slurs BEFORE Obama was elected?

Yeah, let’s bring THAT guy to the White House.

But he applauds Lori Lightfoot!

...just like he thought that Andrew Gillum was "great."

Lightfoot has a great resume.

Wouldn't have won had the Daly vote not been split...

I wish her well.  Not an easy job at all.

Another one who thought Trump's temperament disqualified him from being President of the United States...until he won the nomination.  Then she was all-in:

Mitch has officially abandoned hope of a trump second term. I think he also declared he won’t be seeking re-election, taking the Paul Ryan route.

He’s gone for putting as many crooks on the bench as time will allow him. He cares as much about republicans leverage when they are stripped of their majority as he does about the deficit.

I notice the various media style books must allow the description of a noted gay person as “ John Doe who is “openly gay”.   Openly?  How else can you be correctly identified beyond just “ gay, lesbian, etc”. ?
Would any serious newssouce refer to someone as a “ closeted gay” ?
Of course not.
So what’s the point of adding “openly”?
The voters in Chicago elected their  first Gay and Black Woman as Mayor.
No one needed to point out she was “ openly “ black and female” So why add it to gay since her sexuality was well known to Chicagoans for years.

So Trump now calls Congressional demands to see the full Mueller Report a "disgrace":

https://twitter.com/joshtpm/status/1113154952514465794

But... Since before (and immediately after) the Barr Letter Trump said that everyone should see the full Mueller Report.

And all but four Republicans in the House voted for a full public release of the Report before the Barr Letter came out, all of whom oppose those efforts now.

Now they don't even want Congress to have it.  This is very odd!  Since we are to understand that the report is a full and complete exoneration of Trump, and humiliating to Democrats, supportive of kicking Schiff out of his position, and eggs the face of hated media outlets like the New York Times and the Washington Post, why are they doing all they can to make sure it never comes out!

That makes sense to anyone here?
