Or entering a store, restaurant, etc.  "No shoes, no shirt, no service."

Wherever people congregate, societies enforce health laws and other laws that are simply a requirement to conform to some community standard.  The health laws actually have MORE objective basis than the merely aesthetic ones.
Then if you want a mask mandate make it a law.
Administrative action pursuant to a delegation by Congress is a law.
Try again.
No matter the name you never change. You either lack a basic understanding of Admin Law or are asking for a fish. Or both.
I simply follow the law. Like the Federal Judge did.
You cannot follow what you can not understand. Which in your case is both the law and the judges opinion.
Wrong.
The Judge ruled the CDCBiden did not follow the law. She did not ban masks. She simply said Biden cannot require you to wear one on a plane or a train because he does not have the Constitutional authority to do so.
Biden was not the one requiring masks, dolt. CDC (and Biden) never claimed the authority to ban masks apart.from the power given it by Congress. The dispute had nothing to do.with Constitutional power, but the extent of the power delegated to CDC by Congress.
Quote
You do not have to go to Law School to understand that.
No, you do not. But you are incapable of understanding the concept.
Quote
The Judge did not make a decision based on Science or Health, she made it on the law.
If left to stand her opinion would leave the CDC powerless to act on airborne diseases in the future, except to the extent people sneeze on things, which is why it is being appealed. And will be overturned.

Nobody seems to know what the correct answer to what the definition of a woman is that won't get them into 'trouble'...so everyone is running a mile from the question. Kinda like that 'black lives matter/'all lives matter' drama. Say the wrong thing and it's bye bye to you.

The answer the Suppreme Court nominee refused to give was "whoever feels like one and wants to be identified as woman".

SCOTUS illustrates in bold, underscored fashion, that some citizens are more equal than others in ways beyond 'merely' lacking the right to representation in Congress or voting for president.

https://www.cnn.com/2022/04/21/politics/puerto-rico-supreme-court-federal-disability-benefits/index.html

It seems that the residents of Puerto Rico are not eligible for the same SSI disability coverage as somebody from one of the 50 states.

While this has not yet been a problem for DC, one wonders what the 8-1 decision portends for future administrative decisions. It also provides a new reason for Puerto Rico to want to be a state.

Unsurprisingly, I hold with Sotomayor's dissent.

Buying into republican bullshit is an expensive habit American voters can no longer afford.

"I didn't get to be leader by voting with 5 people in the conference," explained McConnell for why he did not vote to convict Trump despite his having been clear about Trump's responsibility for Jan 6.

https://www.cnn.com/2022/04/20/health/florida-gender-affirming-care-health-department-guidance/index.html

Florida pretends they know better than the rest of the world.
Florida is hardly alone in its recommendations given that the history of gender dysphoria is rare (affecting 0.01%of the population) and, if left alone, most to nearly all children  out grew its symptoms.

What we have today is a social contagion cum political maelstrom that is crying out for a pause button.
Florida and other states are rising to that conclusion.

Opinion: In a long struggle with Russia, Biden must think bigger than the West

https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2022/04/19/biden-must-consider-russia-sanctions-impact-poor-developing-countries/

https://archive.ph/RezRz

Been time to start pouring the Infrastructure for renewable energy in the developing nations.

Unfortunately the remedy to Putin aggression was BBB.

Developing nations led by autocrats get no special dispensation just because they want to cuddle up with Putin.

There wherewithal to isolate Russia si extant the only thing missing is the political will of the MOTR types.
