For people who are out there homeless on the streets, $1000 per month and an apartment and medical insurance would be like a life of luxury. It is so miserable to be out there homeless and hungry, and you feel like no one cares. Giving them $1000 per month and an apartment and bringing them back into society and showing people that we are a good Christian nation and we care about people. Giving the homeless people in Los Angeles a free apartment and $1000 per month is a great idea. It will help people a lot.
Salute,
Tony V.
Okay, Tony. Where's the $1000 that you're putting up?
We give money in aid to nations all over the world, while we let our own people suffer out on the streets homeless. We have veterans who have put their lives on the line for this nation who are homeless. And people in the USA are too busy fighting among ourselves to come together for the benefit of all Americans. Many become one. E pluribus unum. Our people are all Americans. We need to stop fighting among ourselves, and we need to help our homeless people and our veterans.
Tony, the party to which you claim you belong is
actively opposed to the policies you are pushing at the moment.
They do not wish to give money to the homeless or to support the homeless.
They do not believe that the government should be providing that $1000 per person.
Some of them even voted against $$ for emergencies like hurricanes.
And don't even get me started on their disregard for Americans of Puerto Rico.
Yes, it would be lovely to stop fighting, but when they are refusing money for fixing water systems around the country and for reducing future damage from climate change, what are we supposed to do?
Give up and let them?!
