A lot of immigrants are choosing Las Vegas, and Vegas is the fastest growing area now, lots of new housing is being built in Vegas, they need to remember as they build that Vegas is a fun town, and so they need to keep things fun as they build. Vegas needs lots of swimming pools, and tennis courts, and courtyards with fountains, and units can be turned into community coffee shops with free wi fi, etc, they need to remember to have fun as they build.
And in Elko, Nevada, I think it would be fun if they built housing at the college that is like Greek housing, with heated swimming pools, etc. And a great library with an observatory, etc.
And when people build housing for the poor people, and for the new immigrants, they need to remember to keep things fun, life needs to be fun.
