Cycling is like walking - you dress for it.  And give yourself time to enjoy the exercise.  And just as a well-maintained car doesn't break down, a well adjusted derailleur doesn't slip the chain.  My Trek Antelope 800 never slipped its chain. 

I thought saddle soreness would be the discomfort that would end my biking, but it was the knees that finally said it was time to take the bus.  Kick scooters are also a fun option, easier on knees and prostate.

A little pedal assist is an option now, if getting there is a higher priority in riding than getting fit.

Bambu, the Best Director Oscar went to Jane Campion from New Zealand, I heard she is a nice lady, my first Film teacher, Jaime Bihlmeyer, is friends with Jane Campion, he teaches Film in Missouri now. The students in Missouri are lucky to have him.

Kristen Stewart looked great at the Oscars, but she should have worn a nice dress. The Oscars is supposed to be a FORMAL event. But, Kristen looked great, and I am sure she will get jobs. I would hire her to star in a new show about a hippie commune, to teach people how to live in a community and how to share. We can have Cher, Meryl Streep, Cheech and Chong, Kristen Stewart, Mila Kunis, and others. We can get Julie Hutchinson to do the casting.



We can put the most beautiful women in Hollywood in my movies and television shows.
