The above post,  from RSW,  was posted earlier and now has been deleted and reposted,  presumably to move it up the queue.   In any case,  it now dovetails neatly with my "doo process" pun,  so I can only say job well done!

That said,  I hope this sort of tactic doesn't catch on here.
If I thought kiid or Red gave two fucks about prosecutorial excess in any other context that would be something. But they don't. Constructing a perjury trap to turn a witness was not invented for Flynn. What was invented, apparently, was the Justice Department caring about such things.
What’s your point, if any?
Eric Holder 11 years ago did the same thing.
Was he accused of “ politicization of the Justice Department “?
No. Was Ted Steven's a close ally of Obama's who lied to the FBI in an investigation into the Obama administration and pled guilty?

Fair question...

Is every white senior citizen stupid or do they hear in all this talk of war and sacrifice that they’re considered collateral damage and acceptable losses?

Acceptable losses?

Speaking as a white senior, we are the preferred losses. Losing one of us white seniors who (at 66-70+) may have another 15-18 years of social security benefits and subsidized health care benefits through Medicare. If covid-19 kills enough of us, the Repubs don't have to worry about funding SS/MC payments and can go back to looting the treasury.

Motherfuckers want us dead.

Was that a fair answer?

Knicks-I gave a more pointed answer, addressing stupid black citizens, but decided to edit it out.

I’m  sure you are trying to say something.
But here is my point.
Both Eric Holder and  Bill Barr handled similar cases of prosecutor corruption in the same manner:
They found the defendant was deprived of evidence he was entitled to use in his defense.
Both cases were dropped before sentencing by the Justice Department.

Asshole.

"During this call, which was to discuss the rural allocation of the Provider Relief Fund, Secretary Azar simply made the point that many public health officials have made: in addition to the meat packing plants themselves, many workers at certain remote and rural meatpacking facilities have living conditions that involve multifamily and congregate living, which have been conducive to rapid spread of the disease," he added. "This is nothing more than a statement of the obvious.

Yes?  No?

Who need the power of the pardon as long as Barr will do the heavy lifting?

I hope the corrupt motherfucker throws his back out.

Georgia killing

None of you guys gave me this when I asked.  Just seeing it now

Gregory McMichael and Travis McMichael, who are both white, told police they grabbed their guns and hopped in their truck to pursue Arbery after seeing him running in their neighborhood, because they believed he was responsible for several recent burglaries. The father claimed his son got out of the truck holding a shotgun and was attacked by Arbery, according to a police report obtained by ABC News.`

The two men tussled over the firearm before Arbery was shot, as seen in the cellphone video, which was allegedly taken by a bystander

Here is your sardine, sealion. The cases are not similar, not in any way. Not in the claimed misconduct, not in the alleged political motivation. But you know that and are being your normal intellectually dishonest self.

Yes we know you are fine with white people hunting down black people on vague suspicion, and.it is the black man trying to defend himself against the armed white man who is in the wrong. We get that.

More heretofore classified testimony released tonight by the House Intelligence Committee as reported by Fox News:

“I never saw any direct empirical evidence that the Trump campaign or someone in it was plotting/conspiring with the Russians to meddle with the election,” former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper testified in 2017.That’s not to say that there weren’t concerns about the evidence we were seeing, anecdotal evidence. ... But I do not recall any instance where I had direct evidence.”

Former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Samantha Power, according to the transcript of her interview, was asked about the same issue. Power replied: “I am not in possession of anything—I am not in possession and didn’t read or absorb information that came from out of the intelligence community.”
Obama National Security Adviser Susan Rice was asked the same question To the best of my recollection, there wasn’t anything smoking, but there were some things that gave me pause,” she said, according to her transcribed interview, in response to whether she had any evidence of conspiracy. “I don’t recall intelligence that I would consider evidence to that effect that I saw…conspiracy prior to my departure.”

Former Attorney General Loretta Lynch
also said that she did "not recall that being briefed up to me."

Former Acting FBI director Andrew McCabe
replied: “We have not been able to prove the accuracy of all the information.
You don’t know if it’s true or not?” a House investigator asked, to which McCabe replied: “That’s correct.”
And, of course, Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller famously concluded
he and his team found no evidence of criminal conspiracy or coordination between the Trump campaign and Russia. .

Cool. Stupid black people haven’t voted for the means of their own destruction for the past forty years.

Like it or not this is the fucked up government and fucked up healthcare the majority of white voters have wanted.

So when Flynn copped to everything under oath he was lying to the judge or is that motherfucker lying now?
