In Nevada you can vote three days after the election

Comments?

It’s a good policy to adopt nationwide along with no excuse absentee voting.

In relation to that vote,

THIS is what should have been national and wasn't because JARED and his boss CHOSE not to do it.

This doesn't take expertise, Kid, it takes WILLINGNESS TO FUCKING DO IT.

Trump didn't have it. Why? Because it was blue states getting hit the hardest at the time.

"Won't let there be" is not what happened here. The principal chose not to put one in place. The Superintendent chose not to put one in place.

OK

Not disagreeing with you on this

Figured it was similar to the problem Ms Bottoms had with the governor

The Superintendent in Paulding, GA, has written a letter to his community about the viral photo I posted here earlier today.

https://dam.tmz.com/document/a6/o/2020/08/04/a64748a740a84d25abbaf08e5be5e9be.pdf

It doesn't make me feel better. Maybe Kid will feel better. He has no compassion, after all.

Thanks

I guess in Georgia even in schools the gov wont let there be a mandate

The excuse is that it is unenforceable.

But as the young women in high school I know have pointed out, if they have the ability to enforce skirt lengths, they have the ability to enforce mask wearing.

It isn't aptitude. It's a matter of who and what they want to control

It’s Georgia where there Government threatened to sue a mayor for trying to protect her constituents.

A solid run of crime is how he got the job.

Turns out, as most suspected, he’s not good at much else.

Black voters matter.

Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., defended the work of federal officers in Portland.

"If we had done nothing, what would have happened to the courthouse, Mr. Cuccinelli, in Portland?" Graham asked.

Cuccinelli responded:  "That courthouse wouldn't be there."

"So I challenge anyone on the other side to say differently," Graham said. "If we hadn't intervened they'd have burned the god--n thing down

Meanwhile...

This is a big fucking deal.

“Ms. Bush’s victory, which came on the same night that Missouri voters decided to expand Medicaid eligibility, was a significant milestone for insurgent progressive candidates and the groups, like Justice Democrats, that have backed them across the country. It showed that the same brand of politics that has helped young, liberal candidates of color unseat veteran party stalwarts in places like Massachusetts and New York could also resonate deep in the heartland against a Black incumbent whose family has been synonymous with his district for decades.”

Proof! Uncontestable, indisputable proof!

Except for, you know, reality. WTF else was Cuccinelli going to say?

How shady people profit off pandemics

http://m.dailykos.com/stories/2020/8/4/1966491/-SEC-investigating-possible-insider-trading-around-Kodak-Trump-drug-production-deal

If Lindsey and Cooch didn’t know that a vast majority of people saw that the thuggery was wrong, they would not have staged their hollow pantomime to defend it.
