President Trump may not be in attendance for President-elect Joe Biden's inauguration, but it appears his vice president will.

Vice President Mike Pence is expected to attend Biden's inauguration, Politico reported on Thursday and CNN confirmed. The decision to do so, Politico reports, became "easier" after Trump publicly lambasted Pence for not overturning the results of the 2020 election, despite his lack of authority to do so.

"It was a much more difficult decision days ago, but less difficult now," a person close to Pence told Politico.



I bet a lot of things are "easier" for Pence, now.

Well...

changes will surely be made to the election system in this nation (in the states) - so that truths re: votes cannot be so hidden as in 2020.

Whether or not this extreme march, this protest, this terrorism adds any gusto to getting the desired changes is debatable.

Same day registration up to voting day, universal vote by mail and early voting, universal distribution of ballots that can either be mailed in or dropped off, and dark & corporate money out of elections entirely are the desired changes. It will be good to have them implemented across all states in time for the next cycle.
