Mahlagha Jaberi is rising beautiful model from Iran who now lives in San Diego, California. She posted that we should all be beautiful right down to our souls, and here was my response, maybe we can get her to be an activist on the issue of human rights in Iran.

----------------------------------------

Mahlagha Jaberi is at Beverly Hills Greystone Mansion.
August 30 at 11:03 PM · West Hollywood, CA ·

Be beautiful deep down to your souls.

---------------------

Ivanka Trump is helping women around the world to start their own businesses, including here in the Western Hemisphere, right now she is at a strawberry farm in Colombia.

I love it when beautiful women have beautiful souls, and when they help other people. I think that Ivanka Trump has a beautiful soul as well as being beautiful on the outside.

Maybe you could join together with Ivanka to help the women of Iran to be able to start their own businesses, and to help to improve women's rights in Iran. And maybe Farah Pahlavi and Noor Pahlavi, and their family can join in with you and Ivanka to help the women of Iran, and to help all of the people of Iran.

I wish you the best.

And I want to make movies with you.

Salute,

Tony V.

--------------------

Mahlagha Jaberi could be a force for good in the world, she is a beautiful woman, and she has 2.8 million followers on Instagram. She could join together with Ivanka Trump, and others, to help to make the world a better place, and she is from Iran, and she can help the people of Iran, etc.

Salute,

Tony V.

This is where we are now.

Trump makes a false claim about Dorian threatening Alabama.
The National Weather Service, along with multiple other sources, corrects him.
Rather than say he was mistaken, or say nothing, Trump doubles down on the false claim on a number of different occasions.
Trump gets called out again for repeating the false claim.
So as Dorian continues to threaten lives in states on the East Coast, Trump holds a news conference in the Oval in order to present an obviously doctored map with a magic marker circle around Alabama and claims this was the original forecast.
Meanwhile the original NOAA map he used clearly shows no such black line, nor any threat to Alabama.

Our "president' is seriously completely bonkers.
But he never lies.

Race or racism has nothing to do with anything I posted nor anyone I quoted.

You should read the quotes you post before you post them.

Asked whether the black line over Alabama was made with a permanent marker, Trump said, "I don't know. I don't know."

Our "president" is a walking Monty Python skit.

Those stories, of kids shooting themselves, other kids, or their own families with their family's guns are legion, yet never seem to be uncovered by Bambu. "Guns are great" remains the narrative.

Oh I could easily find them, but I'm putting forward the other side of the story.

Mom and baby alone at home, two male thugs breaking in armed with a knife [or guns], she should not be expected to just submit to the horror that awaits her, and her child.
She should have the right to be armed...at least with a handgun and shotgun.

At no point have I argued against her right to be armed.

At no point have you acknowledged that there's a far greater likelihood that the gun will be used to kill her or her kids or her kids' friends than her using to kill " two male thugs breaking in armed with a knife [or guns]."

If you think the far greater chance of an innocent being killed by the gun is the mere cost of doing business then go ahead and say so.

Tony,

Besides acting etc, are you trained for anything else?
Are there govt-funded training programs you could do?

But we'd better run this past Ward - he provides us with his special window into what black Americans think.

ROCK HILL, S.C. — A generational divide among black voters is persisting in the Democratic primary — between the two old white men.

Joe Biden has amassed a staggering lead among older African Americans, commanding nearly two-thirds support of black voters 65 and older in the most recent Morning Consult poll. Bernie Sanders is the favorite of black millennials, though his margin with that group is much smaller. Among all black voters, Biden is leading Sanders, 41 percent to 20 percent.

Politico- September 2, 2019

Millennials came of age with Obama and Biden was his wingman. Boomers know Biden for decades and like him in spite of his policy fuck ups because we know his heart is in the right place.

Bernie came along and millennials had a choice between a guy who challenged the status quo or HRC who represented status quo yet HRC whipped his ass in the primary.

So right now Bernie and Biden have the advantage of big time name recognition and familiarity’s. Both are probably gonna lose to Warren whose organization is formidable.

LarryB September 4, 2019
Both Bernie and Warren are left of Blacks. Their policies on immigration and student loan  forgiveness just two examples.

Do tell...
Matt Yglesias of Vox notes:
“In the past five years, white liberals have moved so far to the left on questions of race and racism that they are now, on these issues, to the left of even the typical black voter. This change amounts to a ‘Great Awokening.’”

Remember the black-face photo of the Governor of Virginia? Nearly every white liberal from Nancy Pelosi on down screamed that the the Governor should resign. But the majority of blacks in Virginia wanted him to stay as their Governor.   And so he has.

Because he is a Democrat and they don’t want to give the GOP control of the Commonwealth after they busted their asses to win. They already lost the legislature by literally drawing the wrong number from a fucking hat. The trifecta of triple scandals exploding around the top three leaders of the commonwealth at the same time...? To quote Clay Davis, “Sheeeeeeeittt!”

Black folks know exactly what the GOP is and that’s why Republicans move heaven and earth to keep us out of the ballot booth.

Northam might be an asshole but he’s our asshole, dig? He survived by the grace of the black constituency and he knows where the bread is buttered.

Old fashioned politics.

The new Joker movie provides a depressing glimpse at the future of cinema

There will always be movies, and television shows, and actors will always make money if they are able to work on the good projects.

But, yes, I can do other jobs...

I can write. I wrote a poetry book, and I wrote a movie script. I could also write a magazine article, no problem.

I can cook. I was a cook at a casino in Nevada for two years. If I owned a night club and the cook was sick and missed a day of work, then I could step in and do the cooking at my club. Or if I was starving, I could go get a job as a cook at a casino in Nevada again, those jobs are easy to get, there is plenty of work for cooks in Nevada.

And I managed a dog kennel for 6 years, so I know how to manage a dog kennel. And that same discipline would apply to managing any business.

I also want to produce movies, and direct and stuff.

I would also like to make wine, like Francis Ford Coppola. I want to make Chianti wine in Tuscany, Italy.

I could also get a job in politics, working a job at City Hall here in Anaheim, or working for the Congress person, or whatever. I could move to Florida and I could go to work helping Senator Marco Rubio.

I could do volunteer work with UNICEF, and with the Catholic Church, and with other charity groups.

But, I would sure love to act in a movie, that would be fun, I would love to get a real meaty part. Also the series on Netflix and stuff are good jobs. I would love to do some acting. And the pay for even just a soap opera starts out at $30,000.00 per week, and then it goes up from there, for the stars. I had two teachers who worked on "The Young and the Restless." (Do they show that television show in Australia?) Acting is great if you can find work. And the women love actors.

Salute,

Tony V.
